They did not honor my reservation for a room with 2 beds, When I arrived at 10:30pm, the receptionist told me they had no rooms with 2 beds. So, she canceled my reservation.

Management walked in my room while we were sleeping. I sat up in bed and yelled "excuse me!" and there was an immediate apology and they left. How that happened idk bc the hotel was at max capacity... they had no more rooms!! Therefore there was no reason to think the room was unoccupied! The room was nasty. The floor had not been swept or mopped. Huge ball of hair/dust under the bed. The bathroom had not been cleaned. I went to Walmart and got cleaners and cleaned it myself. Dried up toothpaste was in the sink from previous guest, soap in the shower with hair on it, kitchenette counter and sink was filthy, bed linens had stains, never received a blanket as Elijah promised. He told us himself he was going to get us one and bring it back and we never got it. I complained to Elijah about the conditions of the room and he told me to contact booking.com and he would authorize a refund. I contacted booking.com and received an enail that they didn't come to an agreement with the property when i pushed for the refund I was told the contact info they have for Studio 6 is incorrect and it has been one big stink since. I STILL don't have my refund and it's a month and a half later!!!!! Elijah told me today that he did authorize it yet my bank account does not reflect that. I will NEVER stay here again or any other Studio 6 for that matter. The ONLY reason I dealt with it that night was because we were tired from traveling. It was me and my daughter and we were in town for an AAU basketball tournament, hotels were sold out in the area. At check in, I was told there were no more rooms and they blamed it on the site for over-booking. People had been waiting for HOURS to check in. A woman came down after finally getting her room and complained the floor was nasty.

The first room we were given was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest who checked out. When give a new room we were given a room that already had other guest In it. The bottom floor is the only floor that didn’t have a bad smell to it. We ended up just leaving and finding somewhere else to stay.

Close to highways and stores
My shower did not have hot water. My room had not been swept or anything. There was dirt and stuff in the corners and under the bed. My room was never changed meaning the bedding. No fresh towels. The staff was never there early in the morning or at night. Check-in is from 3pm to 11pm but they leave the front desk at 9pm sometimes.
The staff wasn't knowledgeable about their own facility. I was delayed checking in while the staff discussed a new process or system they were planning to start using between themselves. I was tired. I just wanted my room

Arrived at 530 p. Room not ready for almost 4 hours. Limited towels. Cat toy hanging from bathroom door. No soap. Bed was an army cot Smelled horrid of animal urine and we have no pets. Short staff and disorganized. Lack management knowledge. Manager outside smoking all the time. Absolute shit show. Requested 1st floor put on 4th floor. Given the excuses of new owners. Totally not prepared to run a hotel. Major run around .
