Disappointing and did not meet expectations.
Pros:

It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The AC worked fine. The morning desk person was pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

The check in was disappointing. The worker was complaining about having to work when she was supposed to be off work. I heard complaining about the manager who apparently abandoned her. The lady finally came back and opened the check in window. I had called the number listed on the wall. When she found out that I had a reservation it was like she was a different person.
The whole hotel smelled like cigarette/vape smoke. The luggage cart was filthy.
Our room was not a handicapped room as was reserved. There was a bathtub and I didn't have enough towels as requested when reserving the room.
The bedding was a big disappointment. We found dead bed bugs and some other bugs stuck on the mattress cover. The sheet was stained. I took pictures. We also found a little trash on the floor such as peanut hull and some trash under the bed when we looked to see if we saw any living bed bugs.
The hallway and elevator had a strong odor of vape smoke nearly triggering an asthma attack. Fortunately, the room wasn't smokey. We almost checked out but there wasn't anyone there to check us out so we stayed. We will not be returning to this hotel. We were disappointed that this hotel was a Choice hotel according to signage in the lobby. They're usually better than this.

Pros:

Spacious room, good location.

Cons:

No pots, pans or silverware. Those were an extra charge. Tiny TV. No ice available. Noisy, thin walks and ceilings.

I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The hall smelled like smoke. They put us in a smoking room. I didn't even think it was legal to smoke in doors.

Cons:

The smoking room. The stained linens. The rude staff . The bed was very hard.

Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast was woken up at 4 AM for fire alarm no big deal. I was gonna leave anyway, but found everything to be great.

It was a suite for a very good price. No issues with a guest coming in.

Cons:

There was a can above the stove not sure what it was. Also not enough small lights or big mirrors in the room.

The woman at front desk was wonderful so helpful and kind. The room was clean bed comfy

Cons:

I literally could not sleep all night the people on the next floor on top of my room were so noisy stomping on the floor ALL NIGHT and I mean all night well past 4 In morning. Was horrible got no sleep
