It is a dirty, disgusting, bug infested hotel.

Everything. We checked in and less than an hour later we left. There were cockroaches crawling on the floors and walls. Absolutely disgusting. We told the front desk and we were told they would only refund us for one night of the two nights we booked. We ended up sleeping in our van that night. Would never recommend this hotel or booking.com to anyone. The fact we didn't get a full refund is an absolute failure on both of their ends. The Health Department really needs to come evaluate this property. Another person in the lobby says they stay there often and cockroaches are a common problem. 🤮🤮🤮

Pros:

Staff was very friendly, towels and sheets were clean

Cons:

Bed was tiny and very uncomfortable, property looks decent from the road, but is in poor condition. Needs better cleaning., saw a roach!

I will never stay with Extended Stay America.
Pros:

Absolutely awful, I checked in & ended up leaving after seeing how filthy, unsafe, disgusting the room was & was charged for 2 days/2 nights. I will never go to an Extended Stay America again.

Cons:

Everything was filthy, disgusting, & unsafe location. Heard people in their rooms yelling & screaming profanity.
I travel for a living & have never in my life experienced such an awful place.
