For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. I didnt like the water pressure, it felt like the water could cut or break the skin, didnt like the fact that you have to pay to watch any TV. EVERYWHERE ELSE IVE BEEN ,THATS FREE

Very basic. My husband & I stayed one night as traveling thru on 11/26/25. I was exhausted and ill when we reached there. No shampoo. The staff was very pleasant. However I was charged twice for the night. Once by the booking agent and again at check in by the Extended Stay. The check in desk was closed in the morning when we left about 8. So was unable to address it then. I was ill for several days afterwards & was unable to address the twice billing. Still have not been reinversed.

It relatively cheap.

Cons:

Not all of the employees know how to do their jobs ir even show up to the front desk when someone has been waiting for 10 minutes. Nor does that individual know that it is against Colorado state law and the fair housing act, to charge a guest pet rent, when the animal in question is a registered ESA. The rest of the front desk staff was great and accommodating and super friendly aside from the poor mannered individual.
