The entire visit was pleasant!
The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable! I did intentionally requested a fan while booking online and it wS never addressed however, I did sleep well eventually!
When I booked it, I thought that we would have a "Grab and Go" Breakfast, but at the property where we stayed, this breakfast was non-existent. I understand that not having a breakfast keeps the costs down, but since it was mentioned and then did not exist, is disappointing.
Booking. com told be that a crib was available, so I messaged the property and received a confirmation that my message had been read and that a crib would be waiting for me. When I checked in, the front desk staff person said that this kind of thing happens regularly when a third party is involved. Although some properties may have a crib, the Plainfield, IN one does not. The moral of the story is that I should have called the property and made sure instead of reading the message and believing that a crib would be there. My advice is to bring your own pack and play crib or you will have a sleepless night trying to get a one-year old to go to sleep in an adult bed that is unsafe without rails.

No kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Dinnerware and pots and pans were two separate fees.

The hotel furniture was all very cheap looking and the bed was noisy and uncomfortable.

No staff late at night , was charged for having a bloody nose bcuz it got on the sheets , noisy due to dogs , no bed side lamps .
Dawn was at the front desk when I got there. The TV did not work.
