Poor service, poor value, poor choice

It looked like a nice area.

Cons:

Had to call someone to the front desk and it wasn't even after hours.
Her appearance said she sold crack rock, and/or something else.
We paid a fair amount for two rooms. We expected a bed at least.... we got a frigging cot. For real.
Motel 6 has you guys beat.
My boys said thier room was worse. They wouldn't even shower. They may not all be the same.......but this one experience has ruined it for me. I will never, stay at a extended stay America again.....ever.

Pros:

The staff was horrible . The power went out the first night and they didn’t do anything the next night we didn’t get no sleep there was fire trucks outside because of possible fire .

Location, had frig, stove & microwave

Cons:

No coffee pot, wasn't very clean, bugs crawling around on wall, air conditioner didnt work -wasn't cold at all. Walls were dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Not enough towels for the 3 people staying, no hand towels, and no ice machine in hall.

I will not be staying here again.

All of the restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The hotel is bare-bones and in need of renovation! This hotel looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I felt as if I was checking into a jail, not a hotel. The hallways are poorly lit and have old tile floors. The room had old furniture, and the mattress was cheap. The bathroom was clean, but when I took a shower in the morning, I noticed used bars of soap and a lot of dust on the top of the shower wall.

Liked that it had a kitchen

Cons:

The beds were horrible, sheets had pet and human hair and stains on them. The beds were also on cheap frames that were broken down. The front staff were incompetent and unfriendly.

The property was very clean, the staff was nice , the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I wish there were more pots and pans to use for cooking , but I went to dollar tree close by and purchased one. The hallway’s had a strong cat urine smell that was real bad
