Pros:

Nothing! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place was deplorable.

Cons:

The lack of cleanliness. There were roaches in my room. The elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. They advertise a free breakfast but there was no breakfast. Also the room pictured is absolutely false advertisement.

Cons:

No hot water, no shampoo, no coffee maker, worn thin towels, thin blanket and bedspread, key card machine didn't work so we had to wait each time we came in to be let into our rooms, constructure going on, rooms we believed we had booked were not what they had for us and it cost more to get what we wanted, all in all...not a pleasant stay!

The young lady at the desk was very understanding of us not wanting to stay with the roaches.
