Outside around the building and parking lot cigarette butts and weeds

The outside around the building and parking lot needs cleaning. There is constant cigarette butts that build up around facility. The laundry facility is way to expensive $5 dollars a load is unfair

My room had a really bad smell, and no matter how much, febreze I used it wouldn't go away.

It wasn’t what i expected.

There were roaches in the room.

Everything else. The blinds did not work. The poor girls in the office tried to fix it, but couldn't. Put a very thin bedspread over the window which did not help much. People coming in and out of the back door which was by the head of the bed all night. The room smelled like Marijuana, cigarettes and dirty wet dog. I took my shoes of and walked across the floor to the bathroom and the floor was sticky and my feet were black. 2 towels 2 wash cloths for 2 people for 2 days. Did not come tidy up the room. When I took the dirty towels to exchange them I was told there was a 1.75 charge per towel. Luckily I was in town for swim meet so I just went to the car together a couple extra towel. I was told if I had trash take it to the dumpster. The bathroom tile was coming up otherwise floor and flopped around. The mattress was ripped up, and on the bed a thin bottom sheet, a top sheet and a thin bedspread in which I will upload pictures. No ice machine, or coffee bar like it said. When the TV wouldn't work and I asked about it they said yes it does this all the time. Unplug the cables and let it set for 5 or 10 minutes that usually fixes it. No one offered to come fix it. I did call area hotels but no availability as there was a huge swim meet. I did not feel safe, the place was filthy. Did not look anything like the pictures, and did not offer anything it advertised. Would not recommend this place to anyone, and I would rather travel the 5 hour round trip daily before staying. There. Also, my daughter and I have little bites on our body, which i think were from fleas..One guy who was there went to his room , came back checked out and said he would just keep driving..unfortunately, I did not have that as an option.Also the sink faucet would spray across the bathroom and out into the kitchen area everytime to turned it on.

I didn't like anything about this roach motel

Lo sucio de la habitación, salían cucarachas y todo en general muy sucio y descuidado.

Demaciado sucio ..salian cucarachas, las puertas siempre presentaban fallas para poder abrir y no había personal para ayudarte.

la habitación extremadamente sucia, hay cucarachas, las puertas tienen problema para abrir con las tarjetas. Las chicas de mostrador son agradables, pero en general el hotel es pésimo. No recomendado en absoluto y mucho menos en familia.

Lo extremadamente sucio que esta todo el hotel. Cero recomendable.

The place was covered and crawling with roaches. The staff is rude and dismissive. Absolutely will never stay here again.

It had bugs all over the toilet, smelt terrible, the bed wasn’t even made. The whole facility was just trashy

There is a bad odor in the suite, along with cockroaches, a dry urine stain on the toilet, and a dirty sink. Additionally, the AC unit and refrigerator are very noisy. The room's entrance door is poorly insulated, making every movement outside clearly audible. The fire alarm light was flashing so brightly that it blinded me even through closed eyes.

Where to start. This place by no means is a hotel. There are no amenities. They do have a mini kitchen. But no pots,pans or utensils. The bed rather the hard mattress on a cheap metal flimsy frame The room smelled like musty old cellar. After a few minutes running ac. It wasn’t as bad. Walls are super thin so we heard everything our neighbors were doing.
