The noise from the elevator seems unsafe and didn't allow me to sleep

Friendly staff but facility’s outdated needs upgraded with a pool an exercise equipment a breakfast. As well as free WiFi I have never been to a motel where you take out your own trash a pay for your WiFi!!! Other than that it’s a good place.

Staff was awsome Karya did an awsome job would recommend thiis place for any lenght of stay

Smelled awful, floors torn up, the mess from the guest before us was left in in toilet and freezer, the floors were sticky, the bed sheets felt like sand was in them etc.

Worst room I’ve ever stayed in.
I will never return and I will NEVER recommend that place to anyone, EVER!

switched rooms literally three times, first time was because the room wasn’t cleaned, the second time was because there was roaches crawling out from behind the bed, third time was an actual mix of both. ended up leaving the hotel all together and took the L from the no refund policy. HOWEVER, Kyra (i THINK that’s his name) was super helpful and kind the whole time. i just think they should hire more cleaning staff & it’d be great honestly

The whole place had a really bad smell

worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy. Absolutely gross; stains on the wall etc…This is an extended stay hotel and cheap! I did not feel safe. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff guy was very nice and friendly my first room was dirty and nasty with roaches and dirty linen on the bed there was stuff on the table and countertops the fridge was dirty so the staff member took me to look at another couple rooms and let me check them out and let me change rooms he was very accommodating he also let me know that it is cheaper to book room there at the hotel which he didn’t have to tell me but he did and I appreciate him

It was a man in our room when we checked in he was doing drugs I immediately took pictures this room was nasty filthy an stank I will be contacting corporate

This was the worst experience i have ever had at any hotel we had to get 2 rooms because the 1st one didnt have toilet paper, no towels, and the rm. Was open when we went to the rm. Got another rm. Same thing but at least it wasn't open and the clerk gave us towels ,and toilet paper ,The beds where absolutely terrible

This hotel wasn’t what the pictures showed, the room wasn’t fully clean and I wasn’t comfortable staying. I left the same day I checked in

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Looked like a trap hotel. When we got into the room there was BLOOD STAINS ON THE FLOOR and had an ACTIVE electrical plug laying out. I did Not feel comfortable staying there with my children and we immediately left. The manager said he would approve a refund and TWO WEEKS LATER i STILL have not received it. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE!!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Arguably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Disgusting property, disgusting rooms, addicts everywhere, unsafe, unpleasant, and disturbing.

I don’t like that fact after a certain time nobody is at the desk like theirs is no 24 hr front desk access !

There were roaches climbing out of the AC unit (at least 5-7) and 3-5 in the restroom. We turned around and walked out.

DO NOT GO HERE!! When I arrived I was given a room on the 4th floor. As I walked away and asked for the elevator and it wasn’t not working. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor. When I got to that room the AC was not working and the room dirty smelled mold. I walked out and asked for a refund and then was told I had to call the manager on Monday to ask for one.
