Very sketchy

There was a small big issue. Not overly concerning but where there is one…
No hot water
Elevator, good cable channels and more that 1 washer/dryer.
Street spotlight shining in the window all night, dogs barking all night and morning, this place is for a single person working out of state not families. I felt like I was in prison with all the rules.
The lobby was clean
As cited on the site, noone came to clean and refresh the room after 2 weeks. Yet I return to my room to find 2 trash bags placed inside my room. This is unacceptable.
I loved the location, the staff was great and the price is incredible…. What more can you ask for?!!

Construction stuff everywhere cigarette burns on the sink in the bathroom floor coming up in the bathroom and the beds were hard and cheap quality for 100 dollars a night.
The location
Room wasn’t ready at 6 pm when I arrived. I had no hot water and was not told that the hot water heaters were not working. Bed was as hard as laying on the floor. There was stuff, like dirt and debris, on the floor throughout. The toilet seat was dirty. The shower head didn’t work. No curtains to block the light. Someone’s dog barked all day one day. I work nights and only stayed there because of the winter storm so I could make it to work and back all weekend. The plow drivers literally plowed my vehicle into where I was parked and I had to dig out. All in all it was a terrible experience. When I mentioned the hot water and shower to “Jeff” he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I work in a hospital. All I wanted was a nice warm shower and a soft bed and I couldn’t get any of it. Worst experience ever at a hotel.
Staff was nice location was good
Room was supposed to be ready wen I went to the room I had to make my bed and put the fridge back together hang the shower curtain and towels up wen I showed staff of room condition they said they were short staffed also found several roaches in hall way and window don’t think I’ll go back
