The front desk staff at 1:30 am. Even though it was late she was very up beat and helpfu

Cons:

Reserved through booking and it gave me a total. But when I checked in I was charged around $10 more.

Pros:

I paid over $400 for a room that was not even remotely like it was in the pictures the bed bedbugs on it. There was molding inside of the refrigerator and the lock was broken off of the door I did not stay there and asked for a refund they made me wait until Monday the next week and I still have not gotten my $400 back.

Workers was nice and fast, easy to navigate
Pros:

I like how it almost felt like your own little apartment in a hotel room, and is very spacious

Cons:

Just the area, not a lot of food places that are walking distance

Would have been nice if I could have stayed
Pros:

I had to put in something to leave a review. I really can’t tell you how the stay was because even though 2 reservations were made, each time I tried to check in, I was told there was no rooms available. Thank God no money was taken out of my account but couldn’t tell you if the rooms were good or not since my reservations were not honored
