Pros:

No lie the beds where very comfortable

Cons:

Very dirty hotel from the glass entrance all the way to the room hall ways very dirty rooms need repaired

Pros:

I liked the location and the elevator and the staff.

Cons:

I didn't like the riff-raff that was hanging around there and all the people that they actually let in there everything and anything just walking and out of that place and again, and that was a problem. Anything else it wasn't inside the room where I stayed, it was great. And if I need to fix the ceiling where I was. It is cracked.

Cons:

didnt like the fact that i had reserved the hotel at night and got my payment through and I get to the complex and they tell me there's no more rooms so I had to cancel and I'm still waiting for the money and I have much money to get another place so I'm there wondering around with no hotel just because it didn't be out front with not having no room

Pros:

The only thing I liked was how I was treated by the guy named Pablo from the night's front desk. Best customer service and very helpful.

Cons:

I hated everything .There were so many roaches in that room bathroom kitchen on My BED!! AND THE WORST OF ALL WAS THE service and the way I was treated by the morning front desk women .. how does she even work there she cussed me out so many times and kicked me out and stood at my door until i left and why did she kick me out because it was passed checked out 11:30am and I had told them I was going to extend for another day when house keeping asked if i was checking out so here I am nice enough to tell front desk hey my brother is on his way to money on my card to pay the hotel and she asked for my room # and tells me why are you there i have it as vacant im like no i told them i was going to extend it and im here to let you the ill get ny money no more then 5 min so she says noo get the fuck out before i call the cops walked and opened my door and stood there until i left the room and plus she was told that i had prepaid it.. .. its was so embarrassing her yelling out loud like if im a criminal just because i needed like 5 to scan my car .. people would walk by and look inside the room and her just tell them proud of wat she was doing to me humoliating
