Room small, bed small bed squeaky, outside noise loud… on top of that THE WIFI DOESNT WORK INSIDE THE ROOMS ONLY LKACE IT WILL CONNECT IS BY VENDING MACHINES OR OFFICE… the staff didn’t care just said “oh it tends to do that in some parts of building”

Not a happy customer I deserve a refund

Cons:

Room keys do not work, the elevator has been broken. My toilet is constantly running and broken, I have to pay for them to wash my sheets and nobody comes to clean the room. What am I paying for exactly?
