It was very nasty my room wasn't clean it was dirty. They were dirty clothes left in the room. And our towel were filthy. Then on top of that. The room they tried to give us didn't have TV. THEN THEY UPCHARGED US FOR ANOTHER ROOM. THEN OUR KEY DIDN'T WORK SO WE HAD TO CALL TO GET SOMEONE TO LET US IN OUR ROOM. IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO COME. SO OUT STAY WASN'T GREATAT ALL. WE SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL THAT WE EXPERIENCED JUST FOR THAT ROOM. A FREE NIGHT OR SOMETHING

I did like that we could walk right off the elevator to the door to our phone

Cons:

The lady at check in was very rude, the rooms were dirty, the refrigerator had rust all over and had a very bad smell. The walls had stuff on them that looked like blood and someone even drew a smiley face on the elevator wall. There was no breakfast and it is not even located near anything that was mentioned on the website. I needed towels and could not even find anyone at the front desk to speak to because it was closed. the bathroom was dirty and had no water pressure.

One of the two beds were not assembled in one room. One room had no tv and the other had one but didn’t work. The entire facility smelled like cigarette smoke. They tried to put us in 3 separate rooms instead of the two rooms that were booked.
