Pros:

Comfortable and quiet

Cons:

The new receptionist is extremely disrespectful and rude. She would not honor my reservation by lying to me about having availability. As I was speaking to her she answered the phone and completely ignored me. I stay at this location frequently, but not anymore.

My room was clean and comfy. Ms Savanna, Ms Hope & Mr John are very professional, patient, attentive to business, and down to earth folks. As long as 1 of the 3 are at this location, I will be be back.
