Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee, and daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, and USD 15 per day thereafter.

I probably will stay at this location close to the airport which was helpful.
Pros:

Billy went above and beyond addressing the issue I had with my original room. He really did make my stay inviting and welcoming.

Cons:

I stayed on the top floor which was a beautiful view in my opinion. However getting to the floor the elevator was slow. I don’t really know what could’ve been done but that was a bit of an issue.

Pros:

This was my first time staying here. Everything was excellent, especially the customer service/ staff. I came for business and needed quiet when I slept. It is peaceful.

Cons:

The hallways could use an air freshening diffuser. It smelled like dogs at various times.

Pros:

The people who are staying were great some the staff lies about cleaning and animals no towels because dog smells we not given towels back from new cleaning lady who said she smells dog urine. We had taken a shower that morning no dog shower people . so we told there dog urine on the towels no towels for a week. Great job .
