Excelente servicio del personal siempre dispuesto a encontrar soluciones a situaciones particulares como tener acceso al desayuno a las 7h10 cuando normalmente el restaurante abre a las 7h30.

Cons:

La primera noche teníamos una habitación con ventana directa a la avenida, no pudimos dormir hasta que solicitamos un cambio de habitación que fue gestionado en menos de 15 minuto por el recepcionista.

Está cerca de la playa , y visualmente el hotel es bonito, el desayuno es muy bueno

Se inundó la habitación que habíamos reservado por falta de mantenimiento del jacuzzi, nos cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña que no tenía nada que ver con lo que yo había reservado y la piscina pequeña de hidromasaje le salía algo como amarillo en las burbujas el cual yo me metí ahí con mi hijo de dos años y al siguiente día amaneció con infección en la piel y el estómago, Pero fuera de todo ese mal rato que pasamos la atención del personal es muy buena, la comida TMB y el alojamiento es bonito, simplemente tienen que tener mucho más cuidado en el mantenimiento de las áreas .

El lugar me encantó, el hotel pequeño pero muy bonito, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno, ahi habia desayuno estilo americano y algo ecuatoriano. Estuvo muy bueno y las piscinas, las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas.

Algunos pequeños detalles en el baño que necesitan prestarse atención y mantener las puertas de vidrio limpias de las marcas de las manos.
