Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. Just in the middle of Mapo district with all the shops, services and facilities within the walking distance. The subway is around the corner (100mt) and it connects the area with all major attractions and the Incheon airport (direct line). The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are wider and more comfortable than the average I saw in Asia.

Cons:

The elevators are too little for such a big and high hotel so the waiting time when you need to go to breakfast or go out in the morning are quite long.

Clean room; Friendly staff; Hotel is in a prime location (Gongdeok station); Great facilities including a 7-11 and a gym

Cons:

Hotel room is quite bashed up; Can be occasionally difficult to communicate with staff using English; Using broken Korean seemed to have helped but it seems impractical to expect all guests to know a bit of Korean

정말 잘 머물다 갔습니다. 서울에 갈 기회가 있으면 다시 머물거에요. :)
Pros:

우선 위치가 정말 편하고 좋았습니다. 공항에서 공항버스를 타고 갔는데 가까웠고, 그 뒤 호텔에 머물면서 일을 보러 다녔는데 지하철과 버스로 강남까지 다니기 편했습니다. 주위엔 음식점도 많았는데 걸어서 약 10분대의 대흥역이나 마포역 쪽으로 가면 또 음식점들이 있어서 고민할 필요가 없었어요. 올리브영도 2군데 이상 있었고 중간에 세탁소에 운동화를 맡기기도 했고 주변에 24시간 빨래방도 2-3군데 있어서 하고 싶은 것들을 모두 할 수 있었어요. 호텔은 깨끗했고 어메니티는 상큼한 시트러스향이 나는 록시땅 제품이어서 상쾌했습니다. 그리고 , 침구와 침대도 좋았구요. 마지막으로 물이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔 배관이나 수질을 관리하시지 않을까 싶었어요. 물이 매끄러워서 샤워할 때마다 좋았습니다.

Cons:

음.... 객실 청소를 담당해 주시는 한국분은 정말 친절하시고 수건만 교체를 부탁드린다던지 하면 정확하게 해 주시는데, 다른 외국 청소하시는 분은 복도에서 마주쳤을 때 좀 .... 의아했습니다.
