Public Transportation from Airports:
- From Incheon Airport: take bus 2015 at the airport and get off at Mapo Subway Station. The bus operates between 05:35 and 22:50 every 10 to 20 minutes.
- From Gimpo Airport: Take subway Line 5 or Airport Railroad Line and get off at Gongdeok Subway Station.
Please note that only trained service dogs are allowed to enter hotel grounds with prior notice.

It was just 3 mins walk to the subway station, and also just 55 mins from the airport without transfer by airport railway, so very convenient.
The staff English was not too good. Also they don’t know much about the transportation so when I asked how long or how to get to a certain place, seems like they are not too sure about it.
I didn't have breakfast, but I heard it was good. The location is convenient.
The price was a bit higher compared to others', and the room is a bit small.
The location was perfect, we had access to many items we wanted to do and see in Seoul plus when we came back to our hotel, there were still great spots to enjoy food and drinks. We went to multiple breweries in the area and had amazing Hanwoo beef nearby. The hotel room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable.
The unfortunate items were few but the air conditioning was not able to go under 22 and I was often sweating in my sleep. Also, there were not any drawers to put clothing and only four hangers in the closet so additional storage would be helpful.

투숙객은 15% 할인이 되어서 ..금액대비 매우 괜찮은 조식이엇습니다. 룸도 작지않고 욕실과 화장실 사이즈도넉넉해서 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다.

Staff are really friendly and super helpful. Location is also nice with several convenience stores and late-night restaurants all in walking distance. Bed is comfortable, I had good rest during my stay.
I was unfortunately very disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were not helpful and provided little to no assistance with the different issues I encountered during my stay. On several occasions, I had to handle everything by myself, even though I expected at least a minimum level of support from the reception team.
The staff also lacked warmth and professionalism. For a hotel of this category, the level of service was clearly below expectations. My experience with the staff had a very negative impact on my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the quality of its customer service.
The location of the hotel is great. Just in the middle of Mapo district with all the shops, services and facilities within the walking distance. The subway is around the corner (100mt) and it connects the area with all major attractions and the Incheon airport (direct line). The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are wider and more comfortable than the average I saw in Asia.
The elevators are too little for such a big and high hotel so the waiting time when you need to go to breakfast or go out in the morning are quite long.
