客室も綺麗で、広さもちょうどよかったです。
フロントスタッフも丁寧に対応していただいて素晴らしいホテルだと思いました。

Cons:

何か問い合わせしたい時に、ガイダンスが流れるのではなく、直接問い合わせできるようにしてもらいたいです。スタッフの人数やコスト面から難しいところもあるかもしれませんが、直接問い合わせできれば有り難いですね。

もう泊まらないと思います。

立地が良い

Cons:

ホテルの規模に対し大浴場の洗い場やドレッサーのキャパが小さく、かなり待たないとドライヤーが使えない。朝食も満席でかなり待たされた。待たせたことに対してスタッフから何の言葉もなく、おそらくここは待たされるのが日常なのだろう。
フロントや朝食、お風呂が13階で、部屋がその下のフロア。動線が良くない。
