Terrible experience.
Pros:

Staff mixed up our reservation with another person, removed all of our belongings from our room. Items and cash went missing. Management refused to help or even offer an apology. I would not trust staying here again.

Basic, needs improvement.
Pros:

We needed a hotel near the airport and this location was great. The site initially seemed fine, but we quickly experienced the repairs the hotel needs. Our door was difficult to open and close. The shower head was clogged and paint was chipped in several spots. Because our room faced a gas station, we heard car noises all night long. Housekeeping needs improvement. The complimentary breakfast was typical. I appreciated the attendant who worked diligently to maintain the appearance of the eating area. Check in and out was quick and easy.

Rundown and Dirty
Pros:

We booked two nights for our family of 3. Everything in the room was visibly rundown and in need of updating. The furniture was stained and grimy. The room looked and felt dirty. Our door would not close without slamming it multiple times. The pool was the only thing that was nice. We spent as little time as we could at the hotel. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

Pros:

Spacious room and breakfast was pretty decent. They had cheese omelette, turkey sausage, sausage gravy with biscuits with your cold breakfast choices. Coffee machine was pretty nice. Loved that they had decaf available.

Pros:

Room clean, great shower, AC worked great, typical free breakfast, nice pool area even though we didn’t use it. The only downfall was the rooms open to an atrium and it was a little noisy and the parking lot is a little shady with the Jim’s restaurant next door, I recommend parking around back. I would stay here again.

i expected more from Holday Inn
Pros:

the hotel stay was below average. the only selling point was the pool which also seemed much bigger in the photos, however there are many large roaches in the evening surrounding the pool that will crawl over your stuff if it’s near the pool.
the breakfast was very bland, there was no parking after 8 pm, the building seemed very shoddy in regards to its wear and upkeep.
the hotel room it’s self was spacious and the hard floors were nice but that’s about the only positive things i can say. the towel rack was broken, there was holes in the sealant around the bath tub which was also clogged and had a very slow drain and make sure you have your tetanus shot as the toilet paper holder was rusty. there were never any towels either, we kept having to ask for more only to be told they ran out every day. it’s not that hard to maintain basic bathroom amenities.
the worst part was that my wife and i had slept on what looked like a blood stained sheet on the first night.
