The ladies making and serving the coffee in the morning really were very kind.
A main road (see https://youtube.com/shorts/gbAtnAJ69I0) with infernal noise, day and night, surrounds the hotel on three sides. Doors and windows are poorly insulated or cannot be closed, making sleep impossible. The reception staff is only interested in selling additional services and talks a lot, but is neither able to listen nor help. Contrary to the official photos, some bathrooms are not renovated, the breakfast selection is on par with a bad youth hostel, the terrace is exposed to the noise and smell of the street, and we always found the bar closed — all this at a hefty price. We cut our stay short after two days and two nights without sleep.

El hotel es hermoso (sobre todo la terraza) y el personal maneja un nivel de amabilidad excepcional, nos guiaron y ayudaron en todo. Si bien el hotel no tiene restaurante, a 100 metros nos recomendaron uno que fue riquísimo y a re buen precio.

The staff were very pleasant & helpful with suggesting restaurants, booking transfers, bus info, tours. The garden terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine before or after going out for the evening. Great location!

Comment les chasses d'eau peuvent-elles être aussi bruyantes? Système à revoir pour en plus faire des économies d'eau.
