Pros:

The hotel was clean and the location was good, it is about a 15 minute walk to the centre. The rooftop area is lovely and peaceful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin which made it very difficult to sleep, the breakfast was also very average with not a lot of options and also finished at 9:30am which we personally found very early. While the rooftop area is lovely, a swimming pool would be a bonus as the hot tub was warm and could not cool us down from the heat.

Incredible staff and fantastic hotel
Pros:

The staff were incredible! They assisted us with all questions and were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was perfect, and a great stroll to the main village with incredible scenery.

Lindo hotel para un real descanso
Pros:

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, a 5min en bus del centro de Sorrento. La parada del bus está en la puerta del hotel, de manera que puedes tomarlo parada ir a la playa o al centro. Tiene una terraza con un jacuzzi y una hermosa vista de la playa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes. El café delndesayuno muy bueno. La atención de todo el personal fue muy proactiva y amable, especialmente Andrea que nos recibió el primer día. Muy recomendable!

Cons:

Quizás pueden mejorar el desayuno colocando huevos revueltos o fritos, y más fruta.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und die Aussicht von der Dachterasse war toll.

Cons:

Man kann nicht wirklich sicher an der schmalen Straße entlang zum Ort oder zum Strand gehen und muss ständig den Bus nehmen.

Beautiful Hotel with Friendly Staff & Amazining Views!
Pros:

This is hands down one of the best properties in Sorrento. Its not in the city center but theres a bus stop just outside the hotel and while gps will say it takes 10mins to get to the city center it actually is closer to a four minute ride. Also if you want to book some excursions to nearby Islands they come and pick you up from the hotel and drop you back off. Also we love the rooftop. They have a small Jacuzzi, which more serves as a pool and lounge chairs. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole entire stay, would stay here in the future. Hotel looks exactly like the pictures.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. But its free and works for an early morning snack before an excursion

Personale competente e molto professionale e disponibile.
Struttura molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Sorrento.
Le camere molto spaziose e confortevoli con bellissima vista mare .
Parcheggio fronte struttura molto comodo.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Had to ask for fresh towels daily.
