O atendimento é excepcional ! Todos oa funcionários extremamente elegantes e educados. Tiveram toda a paciência conosco mesmo não falando bem ingles ou italiano. Super indico pois o hotel tbm é muito confortável e bem localizado.

The property was clean, room spacious, AC worked great and staff were terrific. It is on the outskirts of town so it is about a 20min walk to the town centre but provides stunning views along the way. I thought it had a pool by the picture but it is a Jaccuzi however we didn’t spend time hanging out at the hotel and the view from the terrace is great. The view from room balcony is of Mnt Vesuvius and the bay of Naples but it is an “angled” line of site. Still a great spot to sip a drink from the bar on-site open 24/7. staff was very helpful with anything you asked. Family run hotel and residence of sorrento. Great value, I’d go back for sure.
Clean and comfortable. Cute breakfast area with very friendly staff. Loved the fresh brewed cappuccino made with a smile! A great start to the day.

Ho avuto moltissime problematiche durante il soggiorno date dal fatto che non abbiamo prenotato niente in anticipo e i ragazzi sono stati in grado di propormi svariate alternative senza farmi scoraggiare e dandomi tutta l'assistenza di cui avevo bisogno.

המלון ממוקם קרוב מאוד למרכז, במרחק הליכה. החדר שלנו היה עם נוף לים, מסודר ונקי. צוות אדיב, סייעו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכות, באדיבות וחיוך. לגמרי ממליצה!!
Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly.
Roof terrace is gorgeous. The rooms are exceptionally clean and of a good size.
The shower water pressure was poor and the shower was rather small. It is a walk out of town, but it’s worth it for the views (and there is a bus).
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Gave great recommendations and were very personable.
Toiletries could have been a little better.
The location was good and it has beautiful outside areas to sit and relax.
The rooms need more attention to detail, like more pillows for the beds and upgrading.

Views, common areas, breakfast room, lobby all impeccable. Rooms very comfortable. Safe. Staff and hosts are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to connect with daily. Exceptional.
Right in front of bus stop which is a positive or negative depending on how you view this. Not a property issue. Would love a small lap pool for swimming but ocean is nearby 12 min walk. Very good property.
The staff were exceptional, best customer service we have ever received in a hotel, advised us where to go and how to get there, offering help when one of our family had a health issue.
The only issue with the location is there is no footpath along a very busy road partway to the hotel to the town but there is a bus service right outside the hotel which runs every 20 minutes.
