The staff went above and beyond with their attentiveness to our concerns and their commitment to making it right for us. The property itself was in a great location and reasonably priced. The view from our room was stunning! The breakfast area was spacious and beautiful and they had a cute outdoor sitting area that was intimate and comfortable
The beds and comforters were not super comfortable and no room service or pool service

Wonderful staff and everyone was so helpful and answered all our questions. Rooms were excellent size especially for a week stay. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room showed us how to fill our croissants and were so cheerful.
The drain in shower was slow to drain.
First impressions were very good since Andrea working in the reception welcomed us so well and explained everything for us about the hotel, transportation and the village itself, so we felt really welcomed. The hotel itself has a good vibe and I love that it's not too big so it's a cozy place. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was great and had views over to Napoli. The rooms were very spacious so we felt very comfortable.
Nothing that comes to mind, traffic outside the hotel is a little loud but the windows are well soundproofed.

Al estar mas alejado del centro se camina por calle de mucho transito y sin paso peatonal, haciéndola una via de mucha adrenalina.
