Staff where fantastic, couldn't be more helpful

Cons:

Lack of options on the all inclusive, could do with ice cream and a few more snacks. But for the price we paid couldn't fault it.

The food was terrible. The same dishes every day. What's left of lunch is heated up for dinner and a little grilled vegetables are added on top. The only fruit was watermelon for both lunch and dinner, not for breakfast. The salads were always the same but they were freshly cut. As for the accommodation, the furniture was old. The bathroom was worn out. There was no drinking water in the room, you had to buy it yourself at the store. It says it's all inclusive but it's not even worth 3 stars. The tablecloths were dirty, they weren't changed. The courtyard where you eat was dirty and smelly, the same at the pool. I do not recommended visiting this Hotel.

wir möchten hiermit unsere große Unzufriedenheit mit unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Leider mussten wir zahlreiche negative Erfahrungen machen, die unseren Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt haben:

Die Rezeption und Mitarbeiter verhielten sich unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.

Die Preise waren überteuert (z. B. fast 8 € für eine Cola).

Rückfahrten zum Hotel waren erst sehr spät möglich (15:30 Uhr oder sogar erst 16:30 Uhr), nachdem das Mittagessen beendet war.

Der Poolbereich war extrem rutschig. Viele Gäste – auch wir – haben beobachtet, dass Personen gestürzt und verletzt wurden.

Die Hygieneverhältnisse waren inakzeptabel: Im Zimmer herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch, insgesamt wirkte die Sauberkeit mangelhaft.


Wir haben unsere Beschwerden bereits vor Ort geäußert, jedoch wurde keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten.

Wir bitten daher um eine Stellungnahme sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die erheblichen Mängel.

Dommage car il y a du potentiel. La gestion général est pauvre et insuffisante.
Les équipements sanitaires sont à revoir. Énormément de bruit dans les chambres. Nourriture réchauffée, pas de variété, manque d’hygiène ! Le chef est en manque de moyen et il fait au mieux avec le peu de moyen de ce qu’il dispose.
Le personnel est très sympathique malgré la mauvaise gestion du patron/manager.

towels every 3rd day which is a joke. It was a last minute holiday plan but hotel were disappointing tableware for dinner/ restaurant was not clean the buffet queuing system did not like same variety of food and dessert

This was way better than my expectations. The food was good. The drinks were perfect the staff friendly and helpful. My room was basic but thats the option i took. I still had air con. Only thing i didnt like was NO FREE WIFI.

Ein 3 Sterne Hotel was etwas renoviert wurde und definitiv zum Vorteil! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Anfang gab's leichte Probleme mit dem Service und Essen, aber Hey, sie haben es kontinuierlich verbessert! Das Zimmer war voll in Ordnung, 3 Sterne ist keine Luxus-Suite und mal ganz ehrlich.....alle Hotels kämpfen mit der Inflation, ALLE! Da sollte man Respektvoll mit umgehen! Wir haben den Urlaub als 4 köpfige Familie sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen.

Pros:

Prima hotel eten is weinig keus, maar wat er is wel heel goed! Je kan niet vergelijken met 5 sterren, maar prima hotel! Zwembad wel koud, doordat die half in schaduw ligt. Strand kan je niet lopen is een shuttlebus voor. Tijden vond ik niet handig, maar is wel aanwezig.
Dus prijs kwaliteit prima!
