Pros:

Also man weis garnicht wo man anfangen soll….
Die Zimmer sind alt aber wer nicht viel auf Luxus steht ist es akzeptabel……

Dann das Essen
Jeden aber auch jeden Früh das gleiche Salami , Käse , gekochtes Ei und Salat
Dann mal Rührei oder 2 mal in der Woche Pfannkuchen
Wenn man Glück hatte hat der Kaffee Automat mal funktioniert

Mittag im Wechsel zwischen Reis oder Kartoffeln
Hänchenkeulen jeden Tag
Keine Auswahl an Gerichten Nix
Und Abend das gleiche Essen wieder

Pool Bar All inklusive das man nicht lacht
Man bekommt sogar die Amazonas Getränken von Max 2 Becher vorgeschrieben

Das ganze hat nicht einmal 1 Stern verdient
Da passt gar nichts

Nie wie mit ganz großer Sicherheit

The location is a little bit far from Antalya Airport.
A taxi is 80 euros, and other cars are 60 euros

3 yıldız için idare eder, ama Personel için 4 yıldızı hak eder o yüzden dilerim ki biraz daha bakim

Le descriptif n’est pas conforme à la réalité mais de très bons points tout de même !
Pros:

Le personnel est disponible et agréable. Les femmes de chambre sont au top, passent tous les jours. Chaque jour et chaque repas le choix était différent et représentatif de la cuisine turc.

Cons:

Les horaires d’ouverture des piscines est trop restreint pour les enfants. La propreté des piscines est très moyenne et les carrelages au sol sont très dangereux car pas adaptés . Les équipements des chambres sont simples mais ok pour le prix, manque juste des rangements. Pour du all inclusive les boissons ne sont pas assez diversifiées. Le « goûter » de l’après-midi trop simple, pas de glaces ni de choix de fruits malgré les hautes températures de la région.

Pros:

Good service, especially barman and driver to private beach. Evening meals quite good. Restaurant staff good.

Cons:

Breakfast very poor, no fruit. Smokers spoil meals, should have no smoking area. Poor dessert selection. Poor location for beach - private beach not walkable and only one bus a day each way. Paid WiFi only for one device and not good value. Several power cuts. No beach or pool towels.

Staff where fantastic, couldn't be more helpful

Cons:

Lack of options on the all inclusive, could do with ice cream and a few more snacks. But for the price we paid couldn't fault it.

Pros:

The food was terrible. The same dishes every day. What's left of lunch is heated up for dinner and a little grilled vegetables are added on top. The only fruit was watermelon for both lunch and dinner, not for breakfast. The salads were always the same but they were freshly cut. As for the accommodation, the furniture was old. The bathroom was worn out. There was no drinking water in the room, you had to buy it yourself at the store. It says it's all inclusive but it's not even worth 3 stars. The tablecloths were dirty, they weren't changed. The courtyard where you eat was dirty and smelly, the same at the pool. I do not recommended visiting this Hotel.

wir möchten hiermit unsere große Unzufriedenheit mit unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Leider mussten wir zahlreiche negative Erfahrungen machen, die unseren Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt haben:

Die Rezeption und Mitarbeiter verhielten sich unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.

Die Preise waren überteuert (z. B. fast 8 € für eine Cola).

Rückfahrten zum Hotel waren erst sehr spät möglich (15:30 Uhr oder sogar erst 16:30 Uhr), nachdem das Mittagessen beendet war.

Der Poolbereich war extrem rutschig. Viele Gäste – auch wir – haben beobachtet, dass Personen gestürzt und verletzt wurden.

Die Hygieneverhältnisse waren inakzeptabel: Im Zimmer herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch, insgesamt wirkte die Sauberkeit mangelhaft.


Wir haben unsere Beschwerden bereits vor Ort geäußert, jedoch wurde keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten.

Wir bitten daher um eine Stellungnahme sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die erheblichen Mängel.

Dommage car il y a du potentiel. La gestion général est pauvre et insuffisante.
Les équipements sanitaires sont à revoir. Énormément de bruit dans les chambres. Nourriture réchauffée, pas de variété, manque d’hygiène ! Le chef est en manque de moyen et il fait au mieux avec le peu de moyen de ce qu’il dispose.
Le personnel est très sympathique malgré la mauvaise gestion du patron/manager.
