Hospitality is everything, its a tiny place with a big heart.
Pros:

The two outstanding features of this accommodation are the amazing staff who run a 24hr front desk, they are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble; and location, location, location; situated on a pretty cobbled street minutes away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and the metro line with a perfect little restaurant right on the same street.

It’s good for a quick stay
Pros:

Location was good, easily walk to grand bazaar and Hagia Sophia, great restaurants just outside, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Bed was not very comfortable, rain shower didn’t work, seemed smaller than in photos.

La amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo posible
La ubicación perfecta, justo al lado de la mezquita azul
La habitación, situada en la 3a planta, tenía un gran ventanal que cogía la mitad de la habitación y daba a la mezquita azul

Cons:

Casi todas las noches nos quedábamos sin agua caliente.
La tele no funcionaba, pero nos daba un poco igual

Hotel's prime location near the old town and its genuinely attentive staff make a + difference!
Pros:

The location was excellent, situated just a short walk from the old town centre, which offered a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and dining options to suit every taste and budget. Being so centrally placed meant that major attractions, local shops, and cultural landmarks were all within easy reach on foot, a real advantage for anyone who prefers to explore without relying on transport.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. They regularly checked in to see if I needed anything and went out of their way to recommend local restaurants as well as guided tours and excursions worth taking. That kind of personalised service made a noticeable difference and helped me discover places I might have missed on my own.

What I appreciated most was the sheer convenience of the location. Everything I needed, from dining and sightseeing to everyday essentials, was just a few minutes' walk away, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.

Cons:

While the hotel has many strengths, there are a few areas where the facilities could benefit from improvement. The lighting in certain parts of the room felt insufficient, particularly in the work desk area and near the bedside, making it difficult to read or work comfortably in the evening. Upgrading to adjustable or brighter lighting options would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.

The bathroom ventilation also needs attention. Without adequate airflow, moisture tends to build up quickly after a shower, leaving the space feeling damp and uncomfortable. Improved extraction or ventilation would help keep the bathroom fresh, reduce humidity, and prevent longer-term issues such as mould or unpleasant odours.

These are relatively straightforward improvements that, once addressed, would significantly elevate the comfort and quality of the stay, especially given how well the hotel already performs in other areas such as location and service.

Pros:

Gospodin koji nas je dočekao je bio izuzetno prijatan i nasmijan. Kao u svaki naredni put kada smo se susreli. Hotel je blizu svih znamenitosti, ulica u kojoj se nalazi je prelijepa.
Možda hotel treba male korekcije ali to nije presudno da se ne uživa.
Sve najbolje.

Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування - поруч усі найважливіші історичні та культурні пам'ятки, недалеко трамвайна зупинка, звідки можна поїхати або на шопінг, або до інших історичних місць, або на станції, звідки можна рушити на морські прогулянки. У готелі тихо й затишно, уважні й гостинні працівники на рецепції допомагають з усіма питаннями, що виникають. Сніданки смачні і різноманітні, але вони не входять у вартість, їх потрібно сплачувати окремо.

Cons:

Усе сподобалося, хочемо ще повернутися :)
