Pros:

you might hear some sound at a random time (motor bike, some music etc. ). Ear plugs will be a big help if you are a light sleeper.

Property needs some upgrades definitely. Rooms had cigarette smells and foul odor. They would charge extra for spare keys. AC was loud. Front desk didn’t speak English much, major communication problems. The only thing I liked was neighborhood.

Loved staying at this hotel. Was the perfect place for a big group visiting Bangkok. The hotel staff were also very helpful when organising transport and helping us sort private tours in and out of the city.
Not as close to the centre but being right outside of 7-11, good local restaurants and cafes was also a big life saver for us.
Definitely my pick for my next trip to Bangkok.

Bra boende mitt i smeten. Ganska standard med skick, poolen va okej men ingen sol. Endast 2 solstolar. Bra om du vill ha lägenhet men området är väldigt trafikerat

滞在型のホテルとして、快適です。
注意点としては、

・多少の調理器具と食器はありますが、箸、包丁、カッティングボードはありませんでした。果物ナイフくらいは用意しておいた方が楽しめると思います。

・部屋にティッシュがなかったので、トイレットペーパーで代用しました。

・ホテルの前の道で朝夕渋滞が起こります。タクシーが中々ホテルの前まで来られない、タクシーに乗っても中々主要道路に出られない等起こりますので、ご注意ください。
