Vacation trip first time to Hassan.

We were five adults staying there and had two rooms. When we checked in and on the hotel website it said that we had free breakfast, and we confirm that when we checked in. The next morning I’m checking out they charged us for breakfast. I even spoke with the manager and he would not reconsider the breakfast charge, which we finally paid. The breakfast was mediocre. We had dinner the night before which was one of the worst meals that I have had in India. And I’ve visited India multiple times. I love Indian food but this was even close to being edible. Don’t waste your money eating dinner there yoga out to a local restaurant. The rooms are somewhat small but comfortable. The grounds are somewhat spread out so it is a longer walk to the pool and fitness area. The grounds are well-maintained.

Food is not good, not well kept. House keeping is not good. It’s just Money they want.

J'ai essayé de résumer ici tout ce qui ne va pas,mas pas assez de place, Hotel en déclin (pas de chronologie).
- reception : hôtesse souriante mais manque de professionnalisme. je suis surclassé dans une suite mais on me le dit pas, erreur sur ma facture et on me demande de payer avec ma carte et en retour on me donne du cash. On m'apporte 4 fruits et 8 biscuits à 22h pour s'excuser (on me dit que c'est un service de la suite), Chambre poussiéreuse, tapis de gym poussiéreux, peignoire froissé, mini bar vide, chaines tv de base, code wifi oublié... j'en passe.
- service : je commande un massage des pieds pour moi et ma femme, ils font appel à un masseur externe, on me prévient que c'est un homme, je dis oui, il arrive, on me dit qu un homme ne peut pas masser une femme (un monsieur qui a un certain pouvoir), l hotesse me dit que c'est pas grave, elle se faire reprendre par le monsieur si c'est grave... je ne peux pas faire masser les pieds de ma femme par le masseur mais je suis maintenant obligé de faire le massage pour moi car il est la. le Massage est abominable, se passe dans la suite, il y a de l huile partout...
- snack : a 16h45, carte plus dispo, on me dit qu on ne peut faire que des sandwichs, la serveuse bien que gentille se permet de regarder des photos par dessus l'épaule de ma femme et de commenter...
- restaurant terrasse : belle vue, agreable, mais on attendu 20 min avant qu on s occupe de nous, pas remplie, mais un match de cricket ce soir la.

It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located & well maintained. Restaurant is also good.

Food was worst

Was a neat place , but certainly not for the price. Tariff is too high for the facilities. Restaurant does not have much on the menu. They were unable to provide a simple black coffee, even regular coffee was not tasting good.

Our room toilet smelled like a stinky urinal when we entered the room. No matter how many times I poured liquid soap and flushed, the urinal smell didn't go. We had to close the toilet door and sleep.

The bed sheets had some spots of blood. Maybe someone killed mosquitoes.

The breakfast buffet was decent. They told me I didn't have complimentary breakfast on my package that I bought from Expedia. I couldn't double check because their WiFi was so bad, I couldn't even get online for more than 30 seconds - 1 minute at any given time.

Comfortable stay. Stayed one night to visit the nearby temples. Garden was lovely and staff friendly.

This hotel is a typical city hotel next to the main market of Hassan. This is the best hospitality you will get in this small city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is pretty but the weather was too cold to use this.
The breakfast buffet was adequate and tasty. We also ordered room service twice and the food was tasty and quantities were generous. I was not particularly impressed by buffet dinner. I would suggest you to go ala carte instead.

There was confusion about the booking information. Food was fantastic. Room was compact but clean. Service was good. Bar lighting can be better.

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. Bathrooms were dirty with fittings broken or clogged. AC did not work in one of the rooms and never attended to in spite of repeated requests. Attitude of the management was callous. It is grossly overpriced for the quality it provides. I would recommend avoiding this property till they make improvements

Staff are courteous and nice but the management have a don’t care attitude

Not good overall, They should improve in Foods,Rooms as well as pathetic condition of the toilets.

Good hotel but late service.

Friendly staff but overpriced for what it is. For the similar price you get better and clean hotels elsewhere

Nice unexpected pleasant surprise. The staff were very nice. No wifi in the rooms.

It was a short stay only. It was good.
