Familiär geführtes Haus mit sehr zuvorkommenden Service, komfortablen Zimmern und tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Wir haben anlässlich einer Familienfeier zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und hatten ein kleines Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage gebucht. Angesichts der extremen Temperaturen wurden wir bei der Ankunft in einem größeres Apartment untergebracht und mit Gratisgetränk sowie einem Ventilator versorgt. In der zweiten Nacht wurde uns sogar ein klimatisiertes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt (in der ersten Nacht war keines mehr frei). Das alles auf Eigeninitiative der Beschäftigten und ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten. Das hat uns sehr beeindruckt und wir können uns nicht erinnern, jemals zuvor einen solch zuvorkommenden Service erlebt zu haben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und einwandfrei sauber, die Qualität der Betten ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet und der Service lassen ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen, so dass trotz des Wetters und widriger Bedingungen der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm war. Wir sind regelmäßig in Haan und freuen uns, für künftige Aufenthalte so eine perfekte Unterkunft gefunden zu haben.

Der Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das Bett war sehr gut. Külschrank war leise. (sehr wichtig für mich) gleich in der Fußgängerzone. guter Auswahl an Kaffees und Restaurants.

Sehr nettes Zimmer, der Rest ok.
Pros:

Die Betten sind gut, das Badezimmer ist toll.
Das Frühstück ist spitze! (Auch wenn Fertig-Rührei.)

Cons:

Der "Parkblick" besteht aus Klimageräten.
Die Terrasse an sich ist schön, man hat Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten, allerdings völlig frei zu den Nachbarn.
Im Fahrstuhl und in den Fluren steht die warme Luft.
Der Fahrstuhl ist extrem.langsam.und oft schon voll.
