Pros:

床很舒适，房间很大，公共设施齐全。

Cons:

由于桑拿和游泳池在一起，都是公共区域，但还有有些男性顾客裸体进出公共区域，既不雅观也不文明，也不尊重其他住客。尤其带着孩子游泳。希望加强管理。

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en hartelijk personeel in het hotel. De welness faciliteiten en het zwembad zijn uitstekend.
De centrale ligging tussen Dusseldorf, Keulen en Wuppertal is super.

Cons:

De bedden zijn niet erg dik en de hoofdkussen vielen tegen qua ondersteuning. De prijzen van de minibar zijn vrij hoog.
Bijbetalen voor parking, bijbetalen voor ontbijt....

Schönes Appartment mit einigen Abstrichen!
Pros:

Super zentral, mitten in Haan, schönes großes Appartement mit kleiner Küche.

Cons:

Leider während meines gesamten Aufenthalts kein Internet verfügbar. Dusche ging nur eiskalt oder brüllend-heiss, beides ein No-Go! Entspricht nicht dem Standard dieses Hotels, daher kann ich das Appartement im Nebengebäude nur eingeschränkt empfehlen!

Absolutely spectacular stay
Pros:

Spotless room, perfect cleanliness, incredibly comfortable bed, amazing and super friendly staff, and the view from the room was great. Honestly, everything was perfect. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!!

Nettes Wochenende, Erwartungen erfüllt
Pros:

Zentral in Haan gelegen. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber.
Schöne Sauna.

Cons:

Haben uns gegen das Frühstück dort entschieden, weil uns der Preis zu hoch war, dafür dass wir nur 1-2 Brötchen und einen Kaffee genommen hätten. Zudem liegt der Frühstücksbereich nah am Wellnessbereich, wo es ziemlich nach Chlor roch.
In der Sauna / Wellnessbereich wären ein paar zusätzliche Haken für Handtücher toll und eine Sensibilisierung der Gäste, keine Handys mitzunehmen. Es ist echt unangenehm, wenn man schwimmen möchte oder nackt in die Sauna will und Leute Handys in der Hand haben, teilweise mit Blick auf den Pool... Aber das ist leider ein Problem in vielen Hotels mit Wellnessbereich...
