Overall everything was very good: cozy room, cleanliness, safety. As for the location, you'll have to walk a bit to get to the city center, but when we were in the city, it was acceptable.

Lovely people, good breakfast, perfect location and very good rooms
DoubleTree by Hilton is an excellent base for Yerevan and very interesting Armenian history and culture. The hotel is modern and its location is perfect, there is a short walking distance to for example the Republic Square. A very good buffet breakfast with many choices. There is a spa as well. Friendly service and good value of money. Highly recommend!

Замечательный Хилтон, все на уровне мировых стандартов. 4 звезды только изза того что нет бассейна. Супер чисто, новое постельное белье и пушистые полотенца. Очень вкусный завтрак.
Пыталась заказать такси в аэропорт. На ресепшен Выставили цену 7000 драм. Яндекс такси стоит всего 1200 драм (машина комфорт). Ребята, не слишком ли вы обдираете постояльцев?

Honestly, I have stayed in nicer hotel rooms. But the beds were very comfy, breakfast provided was exceptional with local foods, the service of the employees at this location was courteous and prompt and cheerful. The location was perfect for quickly walking into the heart of Yerevan or catching a taxi to go to places further away. We will stay here again in the near future.

The bed was comfortable, and the bath towels and hand towels were (thankfully!) larger than normal. There was a towel warmer in the bathroom and a bidet - two things you rarely see in a hotel.
The bathrobes, which I came across accidentally, were stuffed in a drawer in the closet. The drawer wasn’t very high, and the bathrobe was too big for the drawer, so I had to struggle for several minutes to get the bathrobe out.
We had a problem with the bathroom sink. I reported it at the front desk on my way to breakfast, and by the time we went back to our room after breakfast, they had already fixed the problem!
Breakfast was good; there was a wide variety of foods, both western and Armenian.
I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were beautiful, kind, friendly, and always helpful. The service was excellent and professional.
The breakfast was complete and suitable for every taste, with many delicious options.
Everything made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
In my opinion, this hotel feels like my second home in Yerevan. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to everyone.
The staff were warm and helpful. The location was convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The bed was too soft. The thermostat had little relationship to the actual temperature in the room. There was way too little drawer space.
