We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is absolutely magnificent—extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. A huge highlight was when they surprised my daughter with a birthday greeting; we hadn't even mentioned it or asked for anything, which made the gesture even more touching.
The breakfast was also superb, offering a wide variety of delicious food. We will definitely be coming back!

Mein Zimmer war echt sauber. Das Personal egal wer immer sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sehr entspannt das ganze. Das mag ich an solchen Hotels. Auch wenn man mitten in der Nacht anreist. Die Lage am rand des City Centers ist auch gut. Man ist fix im Geschehen.
Frühstück habe ich nur einmal genossen, der Preis war mir zu sportlich. Aber das Frühstück an sich war echt gut. Auswahl und Qualität war Super.
Spa Bereich und Gym sowie Restaurant habe ich nicht genutzt.
An einem Tag war die Lobby voll mit Leuten , inklusive Security. Hochzeit oder sowas. Ich wollte kurz an dem ATM und Bares holen, War nicht möglich. Zum Glück war der Barkeeper so Freundlich mir auf seinem Handy den nächsten ATM zu zeigen. Der Typ war echt in Ordnung , Was man von den Security Hanteln und ihren finsteren Blicken nicht grad behaupten kann.
I really enjoyed this hotel, I was very ill the first day and had to excuse myself from the restaurant shortly after ordering and they were very understanding and it wasn't an issue and I wasn't charged. They also noticed it was my birthday as I was checking in and then on the day of my birthday they brough me a slice of delicious red velvet cake with my complimentary breakfast. ALL of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious also. I really enjoyed it.
This hotel is one of the best hotels in Yerevan. It has great staff. Very good breakfast. It has queit and clean rooms. I really enjoyed and recommend it to everyone.

Die lage war sehr gut. Gute erreichbarkeit. Aussicht auf mount arrarat war überwältigend. genug platz. schönes badezimmer und gutes service der rezeption. Spa bereich sauber und gut nutzbar.
This place had it all. We really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect. Everything was around the corner. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurants very delicious. We had dinner One night and ordered the ravioli with mushroom and my husband the grilled salmon with veggies…both very good and tasty. Valerie, in the breakfast was so kind, friendly and professional. They all were. We highly recommend this hotel.

It’s only our first day but so far the experience has been impeccable! From the very start the staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming, trying their best to help us on a situation that wasn’t their fault at all. Basically we had to come later than expected due to our flight diverting on the way but they made sure to offer us a late check out to compensate for it. They didn’t need to do it but they did with perfect explanation.
Our room is the two queen bed room, and it’s also very nice they got a room like that! It’s rare I think that the hotels have family oriented rooms with two queen beds. It was also very clean with just the right amount of space and a very modern bathroom.
And finally the breakfast while I’m writing this very review is just perfection. We were very early and were warmly welcomed on the entrance by smiling staff and later on got offered omelettes which were nicely prepared. The selection and the tastiness of the food also exceeds many DoubleTrees that we’ve been to so far.
Select this hotel if you want to get a premium service for a reasonable price. I especially recommend it for families. Hilton status members also get acknowledged and rewarded as well which is great!
