Schönes Hotel mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen ebenfalls erfüllt. Praktisch sind die Parkplätze (wenn man wie wir ein Auto hat). Es gibt eine Tiefgarage sowie einen Aussenparkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen am ersten Tag war im Restaurant eine geschlossene Gesellschaft. Dafür wurde die gleiche Karte in der Lounge-Bar angeboten, wo wir somit das Essen bestellten. Der Hauptgang meiner Frau wurde aber schlichtweg vergessen und kam erst viel später als der Rest. Der Kellner hat sich zwar für die Verspätung entschuldigt, aber nie zugegeben, dass er die Bestellung vergessen hatte.
Es gibt drei Aufzüge, die aber offensichtlich nicht miteinander gekoppelt sind. Drückt man aussen die Taste um den Aufzug zu rufen, wartet man auf genau diesen. Die anderen zwei halten nicht, auch wenn sie schneller wären. Ausserdem kann es vorkommen, dass der Aufzug auf einer Etage hält, obwohl niemand (mehr) einsteigen will. Die Leute drücken nämlich oft die Tasten aller drei Aufzüge, und der eine weiss nicht, dass der andere schon da war.

Pros:

Very nice hotel and the staff at the front desk were very kind and accomodating. They allowed us an early checking, a late check out and even changed our room to a higher floor when we asked. The spa is a huge plus, well equiped and very clean.
