The coffee is truly awful. Such a pity in an otherwise good establishment. We’re staying for 5 days so a reasonable complaint

Расположение хорошее, близко к достопримечательностям. Есть подземный паркинг.

Cons:

Персонал не особенно отзывчивый и приветливый, в номере нет даже крема для тела, зубные щётки пришлось просить, чемоданы даже не предложили помочь поднять, в общем было ощущение, что нас там не ждали и вообще прямо скажем не рады. В качестве нвглядной иллюстрации - табличка в ванной с надписью any damage will be charged.

Overall everything was very good: cozy room, cleanliness, safety. As for the location, you'll have to walk a bit to get to the city center, but when we were in the city, it was acceptable.

Modern high class hotel
Pros:

DoubleTree by Hilton is an excellent base for Yerevan and very interesting Armenian history and culture. The hotel is modern and its location is perfect, there is a short walking distance to for example the Republic Square. A very good buffet breakfast with many choices. There is a spa as well. Friendly service and good value of money. Highly recommend!

Замечательный Хилтон, все на уровне мировых стандартов. 4 звезды только изза того что нет бассейна. Супер чисто, новое постельное белье и пушистые полотенца. Очень вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Пыталась заказать такси в аэропорт. На ресепшен Выставили цену 7000 драм. Яндекс такси стоит всего 1200 драм (машина комфорт). Ребята, не слишком ли вы обдираете постояльцев?
