La ora 18.00 un hotel de 4 stele ar trebui sa aibă o recepție deschidă, nu sa intri cu cod ca la un airbnb și sa-ti iei cheia lăsată pe tejghea.. Mic dejun basic, puțin variat.Mobilier vechi, caloriferul a bolborosit toată noaptea Departe de 4 stele.

The staff was very inpolite and aggressive, the owner said that it is very hard to hire people with low salaries. The room does not look good. Breakfast is at low standards, I found a metallic piece in omelette, the staff didn't care, the owner said that these things can happen. Unfortunately there are very low standards..

Stay at economy sector is a compromise between services and confort.
Pros:

The price was good & the location is at a slidly part of the City

Cons:

The hotel has two areas. 4* classic and economy. I was at the economy sector. The bed was a little unconfortable and the bathroom had an economy look.

Zajterk je bil vredu.

Cons:

Zelo glasna glasba. Do 22.00 ni bilo mogoce počivat. Po dveh klicih so glasbo utišali. Restavracija po 18h ne dela več. Hotel v tem stanju ne more imeti 4 zvezdice.

Nu există fierbător în cameră
Pe parcursul sejurului (4 nopți) nu s-a făcut curățenie în camera, nu a fost ridicat gunoiul și nu au fost schimbate prosoapele
