Unlimited coffee and fruit
The hotel deliberately put my daughter in danger.
We didn't ask for an upgrade, just another superior room with a shelf or kitchenette corner where my 1 year old can't reach (picture attached) They confirmed another superior room that was suitable was available but refused to transfer us.
I told them we must use the kettle often and my daughter reaches for it constantly and she can get burned. Simon looked at me stoically at me and said they won't give us the other available superior room. When asked why, he said they don't do that. I told them that Eden said they would. He called her, and she said she'd show a room but not move us, even after I explained that it's a safety risk for the baby. I asked for a manager but he said he wasn't available until the next day so there was no one to appeal to. We paid nearly 1000 shekels for the night, including more to leave after Shabbat, and this is after our check-in was delayed an hour due to a question about VAT. It was a nerve-wracking stay chasing my daughter to keep her safe for 2 days.
We had at least hoped for a great breakfast but it was mediocre at best. The Link hotel has a much better breakfast and the Abba hotel nearby has excellent reviews and was three hundred shekels cheaper.
So much for a breath of fresh air with the family after a tense war period.
Great location, and stunning apartment. (I had the rooftop with terrace balcony)

the working team is super nice, they upgrade us to the room we previous stayed on and they even gave us a wine that was so cute. im happy to come back time after time
that we stayed during the war and we had alarms :(

מיקום המלון מצוין, במרכז אבל עדיין באזור יחסית שקט.
יש כל הזמן קפה ושתיה קלה, פירות ומאפים בלובי- ממש נחמד.
חדר עם מרפסת שצופה על העיר, גדול ונעים.
כדאי לשים דגש יותר על ניקיון, במקלחת יש קצת עובש על הקרמיקה.
בכללי אפשר מעט לחדש צבע וכו שיראה יותר פיין...
המסדרון מחןץ לחדרים גם דרוש שיפוץ קל.
המיקום פצצה!!! אין יותר טוב מזה לכל מי שרוצה לקבל את החוויה של שוק של יפו בשישי צהרים, הנמל של יפו והעיר העתיקה הכל ברמת ה600-800 מטר מהמלון.
לנו היה בחדר שתי ראשי דוש במקלחת שזה משדרג את החוויה 😏
יחס של הצוות מעולה, מיקום מעולה, מאוד נקי, ארוחת בוקר טובה, חדרים ענקים.
לצערי רב בתי ה מלון בתל אביב בפרט בתי מלון שממוקמים על הרחוב הראשי, החלונות לא אטומים ושומעים רעש חזק מאוד מבחוץ.
