The location is near downtown and perfect if you are visiting UA, as we were! The room was fantastic and had lots of counter space, very cleanly, and the beds were cozy. Pool was small but delightful during the summer heat, however the tiles were a little slick. Parking in the back was spacious and safe from the downtown. There was a very bold fragrance being pumped through the air, however the helpful hotel staff, most notably Sedrick, helped us turn the fragrance down. Sedrick also provided great food advice, helpful accommodations, and was a great conversationalist! Hilton MUST give Sedrick a raise. I’ve never felt more understood and listened to by a hotel staff! He was the atmosphere!!! Overall the stay was the epitome of southern charm and hospitality. Great value , 10/10 recommend!
Great room, great location(few minutes walk to the downtown area for food/drink), great staff, great AC, large smart TVs, nice seating area in the king room.
Indoor pool looked nice, didn't use it, car park right outside(free).
The staff we met at check in/out were great. I cannot think of the ladies name but Cedric is a great guy.
Very quiet rooms, hotel was very busy(storm chasers and BAMA registrations) and you couldn't hear a sound through the walls.
I'm not really sure if there was anything except for new hotels attraction to sliding/pocket/barn doors in hotel bathrooms. They don't close well so if you know what I mean you know what I mean.
The staff especially Mr. Cedric was so accommodating and very hospitable. He is truly an asset to the hotel.
No afternoon kickback
Staff was wonderful! We could not have asked for more. Cedric also made suggestions of places to eat and did not disappoint.
Need extra blanket in the room. Staff did provide an extra one when asked. Couch foldout bed looked like it was still dirty from the last occupant. We did not use it.
Clean, good breakfast, lovely staff and comfy bed

Home2 Suites in Downtown Tuscaloosa is absolutely AMAZING!!! My mom and I came back to Tuscaloosa for a concert weekend, and had nothing but great things to say about our stay! The room was super comfy, clean, and spacious! The service was excellent, hospitality was great, and the breakfast was awesome!
Ms. May was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we checked in and throughout our whole stay. We absolutely love May and the entire staff!
If you’re coming to Tuscaloosa, this is 100% the place to stay. Thank you for everything! We look forward to staying here again!
Personal war nett, Parkplätze vorhanden.
Frühstück: Alles alles in Plastik eingepackt. Superschlechte Lebensmittelqualität. Abartik teuer für das was einem geboten wurde. Stinkige Zimmer. Keine Fenster aber eine Klimaanlage direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Sehr verwilderte Zimmer.
The staff and the cleanliness
People were slamming doors all night, across the hall and the road noise
