Falta mucho por mejorar
Pros:

El lugar muy bonito la construcción adaptada al medio que lo rodea , lamentablemente se caen con restaurant , la comida y la atención de los garzones, del desayuno ni hablar pobre total. También deben mejorar la aislacion entre los pisos….

Pros:

Para el precio cobrado, el servicio es deficiente. En el desayuno si tomas café verdadero y no sucedáneo debes pagarlo, las batas para la tinaja no son de fácil acceso y en general el precio cobrado no se compadece con el servicio recibido

Es un lugar paradisiaco, inserto en plena naturaleza, para los que gustamos de tranquilidad y paz, con esa conexión especial con un paraíso, entonces visite este hotel.

Pros:

El hotel está en un lugar maravilloso y su personal es servicial, está bien mantenido y hay muchas cosas entretenidas para hacer, por ej: tinas calientes y kayak.
El único punto muy bajo es su Restoran, sugiero salir fuera a comer.

Peaceful respite in nature
Pros:

Location was perfect for us - close to the water, easy driving to volcano and hiking, a couple of kayaks available

Very pleasant well appointed new hotel

Rudolph checked us into the hotel & made sure that we were comfortable. He was extremely professional & helpful. The hotel is relatively new & has great décor & design. The rooms are spacious overlooking the lake with large windows. There is a nice gym & heated swimming pool. The one complaint was that the steps into & out of the pool are very steep & so difficult to get out of the pool unless very athletic. We did not eat in the dining room but we had a great discussion with Felipe the young chef as to his ambitions of high cuisine. Breakfast was great & had many different items created by Filipe. We highly recommend this hotel for a quiet & romantic stay enjoying the ambience & quiet location.

Hotel com vista privilegiada, de frente para o lago com prainha privativa.
Estrutura 100% nova e moderna, quarto amplo e banheiro em otimo estado.
Unica parte negativa foi nao ter TV no quarto.

Pros:

This hotel is amazing, has heated indoor pool and sauna, and bar and dining room. I will definitely return. Staff were very welcoming and multi lingual.
