Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Leider überhaupt nicht den Bildern entsprechend. Die Lage ist gut, sehr zentral. Nichts poristives außer die Lage.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts gegen digitale Hotels, allerdings hat bei uns der Türcode nicht funktioniert und nachts ist auch niemand erreichbar um zu helfen (5x versucht anzurufen). Wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Die Gardinen sind schmuddelig, die Wände dreckig und alles in allem einfach nicht zu empfehlen. Nach meiner Meldung der Kakerlake wurde nur gesagt, ich hätte während dem Aufenthalt etwas sagen müssen. Das ist ja nun unmöglich wenn keiner erreichbar ist. Vom Preis geblendet gewesen und echt eine absteige. Nicht zu empfehlen!! Ein Entgegenkommen passiert hier auch nicht, daher meine sichtbare Bewertung.

Overall exactly what it says on the tin and right on the edge of the old town so away from the noise but minutes from the social scene.

Cons:

Only one key per room. When multiple people are arriving home at separate times and no staff at night.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und das man die Nachbarn hörte. Die Zimmer doch eher klein sind. Das die Zimmer direkt an dem Treppenhaus liegen ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Excellent for Messe stay (be prepared to climb a few stairs to get to your room)
Pros:

Excellent location in downtown Dusseldorf. All amenities around. Heinrich Heine Alle station leads directly to Messe Dusseldorf Ost entrance which is a super convenient 20min ride. Loads of restaurants around the hotel to chose from in the evening also easy walking access to 2-3 shopping centres and central Dusseldorf. All in all a good location.

Cons:

I typically dont read full description (my own fault) so this complain may be moot. However, if you have problems with your legs, note that this hotel does not have a lift and my room was on the top 4th floor. Not a problem for me, but I would have expected a lift in a hotel or at least a question re if I can handle the stairs (no such check when I checked in). Also, the door needs a code and can be a bit iffy to understand how to use, but once you get used to it - no problem.
