El formato del hotel su estructura, alberca con agua templada y su personal muy amable y atento

Cons:

La ubicación y al restaurante le hace falta imagen , mi habitación un poco dañado sus muebles sin afectar el uso

No se puede pedir más por el precio.

Hotel amplio, iluminado, mucho estacionamiento. Considero que es espacial para familias.

Cons:

El servico del restaurante, fuimos a comer. El servicio no fue agradable. No había ningún cliente, nos sentimos que fuimos a interrumpir el aburrimiento. Nos trajeron los platos y la verdad fueron bastante malos. Recalentado en microndas, porciones pequeñas. Lo mismo con el desayuno continental. El café no tenía buen sabor, porciones muy pequeñas. Falta un poco de aseo en las zonas comúnes del Hotel.

Pros:

Me gusto que en general es un hotel muy limpio y con mantenimiento, el personal es muy amable y en general la estancia fué buena, el desayuno aunque se sirve más tarde de lo indicado, el personal da un buen servicio.

Cons:

La habitaciones, por lo menos la que me tocó no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, no tenía aire acondicionado, el jabón y el shampoo super racionados y chiquitos al igual que el papel higiénico, el desayuno Buffet aunque no tiene la variedad que se ve en las fotos es aceptable en precio, a la carta es caro, no cumplen con los horarios establecidos para el servicio

Nos gustó que la habitación era bastante amplia, personal amable, linda la piscina y muy atentos con la atención.

Cons:

El vecindario del hotel. Alrededor de la zona hay muchas cosas de repuestos y talleres, lo que le te hace caminar más para buscar comida o cosas turísticas. Las camas no fueron muy cómodas.
