Buen hotel, muy mal el personal
Pros:

Las habitaciones está limpias y tienen todo lo necesario para descansar

Cons:

Deberían tener mucho más cuidado en como se refieren a las personas.
Me tocaron comentarios muy desagradables por parte del personal hacia una persona, cuando pasó por la puerta era un niño, vergüenza les debió dar al ver que se estaban refiriendo a un niño.

El personal no es amable, la recepcionista parecía que estaba de malas.
Hacía mucho frío en el cuarto, la cobija que tenía no era suficiente.
Además se me "desaparecieron" cosas de mi cuarto.
