la dame de ménage était gentille. Il y a une piscine. L'hôtel est assez proche du centre mais on doit prendre le Uber pour y aller.
on vous promet un "buffet américain" mais vous devez payer 85 pesos par personne pour y avoir accès alors même que vous avez payé le petit déjeuner. En réalité le petit déjeuner n'est qu'un plat à choisir parmi d'autres, et non un "buffet". C'est apparemment un hôtel 4 étoiles mais ressemble plus à un motel dans les films. La piscine est sale.
The place is nice, they have a pool, restaurant and location is only 15 minutes walk from the hotel,rooms are big and they put water in your room everyday.
I was on the ground floor so you can hear everything cars and people talking, but nothing really bad, people were very educated and was not a real problem.

Hacia mucho calor en la habitación y si abría la ventana, me veían los demás huéspedes, el agua en la regadera no se iba rápido por la coladera y se llegaba a encharcar en todo el baño

Las camas súper cómodas, se duerme muy bien.
La toalla de manos estaba sucia y el agua de la ducha se encharcaba en todo el piso del baño

El colchón de la cama es muy duro, 3l aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, el personal poco amable
El cuarto estaba amplio, con caja de seguridad, buena a television y agua de la regadera muy fuerte (yo sugiero que se cambie a algo mas ahorrador de liquido), el desayuno sin bufete estaba bueno, el primer dia que no teniamos derecho al desayuno estan cerca caminando restaurantes, a nosotros nos encanto la parroquia de veracruz.
el area de recepción no se ve confortable, el area de la alberca descuidada, el cuarto que nos tocó en planta alta muy caliente no daba el ventilador para refrescar pues el cuarto está diseñado como para clima frio y no circula el aire a pesar de abrir las ventanas toda la noche y estar mas fresco afuera
Las habitaciones tienen poca iluminación.
