Cons:

Been there for about a month last day at 3:30 am there was a guest who was given access to the room he open saying he had that room when check out was until 11 am management sold the room before checkout

I reported the bathroom flapping noise to front desk the next day, the issue was resolved.
Pros:

Hotel location was exactly what I needed.

Cons:

The Hotel did not have a lobby/waiting area. After check in process the entrance door felt like you were going into jail or mental facility. The bathroom vent kept me awake the first night because it made a flapping noise all through the night. I have a video I can share with management.

The staff are very friendly, attentive, and willing to help.

Cons:

They need to be more diligent about fumigating the rooms regularly. I found and killed a few small nighttime visitors in the bathroom and kitchen, but these things happen, and there weren't many. If they act quickly, they'll effectively tackle the problem.

Nothing I try to check in after work and it would not let me check in because it was after 11:00 even though I already paid online I still haven't got my money back the girl was rude
