Someone was being arrested as soon as we walked in, no clean towels, we asked for a king size bed room, got two queens. we asked for a no smoking room and got a smoking room. It was incredibly sticky in gross in the room. The air vents had mildew on them.

Was charged more than what booking was charging me. Not wash clothes in rooms. Facilities inside and out weren’t very clean. Smelt like weed outside in front of building.

Everything was good

It was a little dingy. There was paint peeling on the walls, the AC seemed a little deattached, one of the outlets (the one by the nightstand) had give to it.

The room was dirty had hair in the shower, the towels that were in the room were all wet, a lot of homeless people and sketchy individuals there as well as stray dogs

And when I get to the location the lady in the fron desk said they don't have rooms available

Absolutely nothing the tube did not drain there was no toilet paper upon me arriving into my room had to go down an ask there was roaches in the room an the beds was very uncomfortable. The floors was so thin could hear the ppl upstairs. Seemed like they was going to fall through the floor. I don’t recommend

I booked 2 room they just get me one and they weren’t able to get me the other one I just left.

Leaking roof, broken furniture, dirty towels, bedsheets and more

Unauthorized credit card charges, dirty rooms, and hostile management.

Bed mattresses need to be replaced, not comfortable at all. There was a drawer missing on the dresser which displayed a huge hole. Our beds were not made, a thin blanket was folded on top of the bed instead of being spread out on the bed, the top comforter blanket was missing but was brought to us afterwards that evening. Male worker running around doing maintenance needs to respect coworkers in front of customers and also respect the customers by not using foul language, he seemed to be upset for whatever reason but we as customers don't need to see his unprofessional behavior or hear his foul language; no breakfast, dirty restroom, no security to monitor the people outside late at night.

It was over crowded. Parking was scarce. People were smoking near the building. The bathroom was inadequate for my liking.

The mildew smell as soon as u walk in. There was no small soaps in the bathroom or little plastic cups in the kitchen. The room also needs a rug beside the bed because the floors are cold. Also thr bathroom door handle didnt work and got trapped in the bathroom for a min.

Staff was indifferent
