The people sleeping all in the lobby all the roaches in the room the room was nasty the front desk lady gave me the wrong room number

Upon arrival, our room had leftover food in the refrigerator from someone else. Our toilet did not work, was clogged, and no one came to help us. We had to resort to going to Walmart or Target to use the toilet. The A/C system was not working as our room was hot and humid the entire stay. We resorted to buying a box fan to just keep us cool. Our shower felt like one step and we would come crashing down as it was so hollow underneath the tub.

I would definitely only book this place if it is your last resort. And bring your own box fan and get ready to be using the restroom somewhere else for the time you stay here.

The pavement needs to be fixed there is a gigantic hole that can cause serious damage to vehicles. The building smells off putting especially my mattress and that elevator. My room appeared to look clean but there were black spots on the bathtub so I couldn't take a shower. The top of the fridge was dirty as well in what could only be described as "dried bird poop". I always kept my shoes and socks on because I didn't want to step on the floor barefoot. I hated and dreaded while being in the city was staying at that hotel it left a stain on my short vacation. (No disrespect to the staff that works there they didn't cause any issues for me.)

Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, smelled gross

The location but it really wasn’t that far away from the attractions. And for the price of the room it was worth it.

The floor we stayed on had a terrible smell that penetrated into the room.

They couldn't give me my refund back since I had just saved there for 3 days when I had paid for 5 days....

My Brother had a Reservation and when we got there, they said there was no Rooms, Really how sad is that.
So I told them I couldn't stay there either,
My Brother is a Double Amputee and I could not leave him alone so I requested a refund for myself and they did.

Pictures for advertising this hotel are OUTDATED. Filthy , unorganized, front staff said they didn’t have the rooms I booked in advance because she had been busy all day and because I booked through a “third party” it was the reason I didn’t have the rooms with the required beds I had booked.

I had Reservations, but when I arrived they said that there was no more Rooms
Really, I had a Reservation People.
So I was upset and left.

This place was disgusting contrary to the reviews and photo's. We booked 2 rooms. 1 room had cockroaches and water dripping from the celing from all the moisture and humidity. The other room had moisture everywhere. The floor, the furniture, the cabinetry was wet n sticky. The headboard was wet n sticky. The bedding was all wet. The room was extremely stuffy and hard to breathe. The toilet was not cleaned, had poop marks from previous renters. We settled in around 9pm and 10pm the reception closed so we just had to stick around until the next morning. We requested refund for the second night that we had booked to which the property agreed and promised to process once booking.com sends them the refund request form. Upon reaching out to the website they failed to "reach an agreement with the property" (which is ridiculous because it was already agreed upon) the just offered a courtsey credit of $35 where i was to get a refund of $200 for the 2 rooms second night WHICH WE DIDNOT STAY. I WASN'T EVEN ASKING FOR THE FIRST NIGHT REFUND ALTHOUGH THAT WAS FAIR TO ASK. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN booking.com teams incompetence and the property. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE SPECIALLY THROUGH THIS SITE

No security and cameras don’t work besides one. They state all over the premises that cameras are in use but really not. I had a small tote stolen out of the back of my truck and management couldn’t do anything about it. I had stayed in Motel 6 off of I-37 and nothing had ever happened til I got to that location. I had a coworker get his license plate stolen in that location as well.
