Cons:

We never been to a hotel where they didn't take your towels or trash from outside your door, we had to pay for toilet paper which was another thing. They have a lot of homeless people walking around. We will never book her again and recommend nobody to stay here, if I knew where the location of this hotel was I wouldn't had booked it in the first place. The owner definitely needs to do a clean up around his hotel for the homeless.

A Disappointment of a hotel
Pros:

It’s being right next to the Interstate

Cons:

The smell and the stains on the wall and counter. A the stains in the fridge. The WiFi is trash.

Pros:

I paid my reservation online Before arriving, once I got there, no one was available to register me and provide the room. I waited for more than 2 hours, and more guests with paid reservations arrived.
I called the Woodspring Suites customer service and they stated they couldn't do anything that it had to be done thru booking
I had to call the police to file a report
I am so tired of this nonsense
I believe I would have to stop using this app since it is impossible to get help when needed

Cons:

I was never provided the service.
That place is a nuthouse.

Pros:

It had an elevator to access the 4th floor. The room had a good ac and a tv, but not many options for channels. It did have a refrigerator that kept our waters and milk vold.

Cons:

When I first tried to check in they rold me my card had been declined.... I had reserved with Booking.com and they had charged my card 3 days before I was checking in. When tgey finally got tgat straightened out I was given keys to a room that had no linens on the bed... they realuzwd that was an error, so was given keys to another room which when we entered was dirty, an empty water bottle on the night stand, grease splatters all over the stove/counter and the television remote would not work. I was changed to a third room which was clean the television did work,, but the microwave would not heat. There was a huge pot hole in the driveway, which we coIld see and avoid on our first enyry, but later in the evening it was full of water and any unknowing driver would have been in trouble. I would definitely not stay there again.
