Late checking in didn't get checked in until 6pm arrived at 3pm scheduled check in time. I left key in room and the weekend on-call staff tried charging $10 to for key to get back in the building. Windows leaks water during rain

The room smelled like urine, the bed covers were dirty, and the entire room felt unclean. The floors were sticky, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

I arrived and was told there was no room available

Everything, it wasn’t clean upon arrival, and when we asked staff to come and mop for us they told us they wouldn’t clean the rooms unless we stood for 2 weeks or longer.

La limpieza lo peor, entregaron las habitaciones sucias, la nevera sucia, microondas y baños sucios, habitaciones de no fumador con mal olor a ciagarro, se les notificó del estado y la respuesta fue que ellos no limpian todos los días. El ascensor dañado y nos tocó el 4to piso, subir y bajar todos los días. Se pido que fueran la limpiar la habitación y en 4 días nunca fueron. Jamás volvería a ese hotel o otro de esa cadena.

Everything, wasn't ready when we were ready to check in and the reservation was changed incorrectly we booked from Friday to Monday, got there at 10am on saturday after confirming we would have a late check in when I called Friday and received an email confirming they would honor this as well. told them we would not be in till saturday and would still pay for Friday if needed and they changed our reservation Friday when we called to Saturday to Tuesday without notifying us, so we waited till 3pm politely and then at 30m we were told the room wasn't ready and this is check in time. Finally checked in around 320pm and had a Broken bed, not cleaned properly. They Wanted to charge for towels. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Broken elevator.

The staff was rude, she had a long line of people and was very hostile in how she handled the wait. There was a hole behind the outlet (above the outlet cover) between the beds, there were saliva marks from someone brushing their teeth on the mirror still, the stove(2 burner) had what looked like grime and rust on it, there were chips in the bathroom vanity, and painters tape on the bed frame. You could hear walking everywhere in the room, above, the adjacent rooms, hallway, etc. The elevator was not working. There was an elderly couple that the rude worker put on the 4th floor!

We made it work for the night we were in McKinney because we got in at 9:30 at night. But we will not stay here again. When we woke up we left as soon as we could get packed and out of there.
