They charged me for 2 nights because my booking reservation did not come in before I arrived once Donna charged me the reservation came in she told me she would refund the money back to me overnight so I can’t stay pay for and additional 2 days I explained that the money I just paid was all the cash I have I needed it back to be sure I can have stay for a total of 4 days. Donna never refunded the money until today and it takes 10 days for the bank to see the refund so now I am without stay and going to be on the street with my things after she took the money and now I can’t pay to stay very unprofessional I have no car no money no stay. Never again this place is unreasonable what happened to taking care of the customer? I have till 2 pm to lugg all my things out of here to the street. Just awful and distasteful.
The location.
Our toilet wasn't bolted down and there was yellow stuff sprayed all over the bathroom wall. Never had our room cleaned in the entire month even with them saying they'd do our room the 3rd week. Laundry facility is crusty and this one doesn't even have a gym or any other amenities at all.
Great deal. Nothing fancy but a clean well kept room. Just needed a room for the night
Area around is a little seedy but not too bad. You'll be fine on the hotel property

The kitchenette was way above average, very nice bathroom.
Wifi was marginal. It was obvious they have a problem with tiny roaches. I saw dead ones and on my last day a live one. Also, no window shade--way too much light with the street lights outside.
