Staff was nice. Room was clean. The smell was awful in the hallway/elevator. Wish the mattress didn’t make so much n

The whole kitchenette area I loved. The AC worked well. It was clean and maintained in the room.

Cons:

the beds made a lot of noise. Everytime you moved the sheets/mattress were so loud to where I didn’t even wanna move cause they were so loud. It smelt musty in the rooms and hallway/elevator smelled of smoke really bad.

Cons:

Room was not clean. The floor was sticky and had dirt & crumbs under the bed and night stand. The sink in the sink had hair clogging the drain. And we found a roach crawling in the bathroom.

Cons:

Water was coming out from under the laminate floor next to the toilet. I had to wear my tennis shoes all over because I was unsure of cleanliness. The tub would not drain so we had to turn water off in mid shower.
