Pros:

I traveled into town for work and they denied me access to the room I reserved and paid for because their staff had left and didn't want to come check me in. Person I talked to on the phone wasn't helpful. Worst and most unprofessional hotel experience I've ever had and I travel almost every weekend

Well, there were cockroaches everywhere.So I think that they should concentrate on pest control

There were.\nCockroaches all over the wall and everywhere , in that building it was disgusting and I could not stay there trying to get a refund currently

We really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

It was near downtown so all of the places we planned on seeing were a short distance away--required very little driving on our part. We were able to sightsee easily.

Cons:

The faucet in the tub was loose from the wall and there was a drip coming from the kitchen sink faucet. Beyond that the room was clean, the sheets were comfortable and it was reasonably quiet the whole time. (Rm 106)
