Nothing I never even got to check in
They had a message about us having a late check in during a holiday weekend and we booked the room the day before knowing we’d check in late and after a 10 hour motorcycle ride we got there and they told us they cancelled our reservation. Have used booking many times before with this same situation and have never had this issue. Worst hotel ever we were tired and cold and had to spend the next hour and half looking for a hotel with a room available during Memorial Day weekend. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room they put me in the AC wasn't working. After I took shower unpacked and all the AC still not cool at all. It was little after 11 when I called to complaint. They moved me to another floor. They didn't even have an ICE machine. Didn't realized they dont offered breakfast until when we got there. Will jot stay here in the future.

I liked that I got to go to sleep.
Nothing for you in the rooms or anywhere else on the property. No coffee, no snacks, no nothing. If there was nobody told me nor did they try to help. You couldn't ask questions bc after you checked in the front desk was closed until 10 A.M.
People laying in the hallways talking on the phone all night. Key card system down. Had to call staff to enter building or rim everytime. First room the TV power cord and cable cord had been stolen from the room. Moved to another room to have a faulty sink that leaked water all over the bathroom floor.
