Pros:

The rooms and area was very clean.

Cons:

After 5pm its next to impossible to get an addindent unless you call and wait for them.

Decent price but could be better

The front desk clerk was so HIGH OUT OF HIS MIND that he could barely open his eyes, he barely managed too check me in, the lobby reeked of weed from a pen perhaps with no shame, I hope the boss knows about this

Horrible costly, inhospitable and non professional
Pros:

Staff was rude overcharged me several times. Kept my security deposit, didn't honor 3rd party reservations therefore they charged me unknowingly. MAC IS PHONEY HE PRETENDS TO BE NICE HOWEVER HE IS MISERABLE.

Cons:

The staff except the lady with the dreads she was phenomenal. So was the younger gentleman at night.

Cons:

Mistakes made on check-in. My car deactivated after one day on a seven night stay continuously having to reactivate my car throughout the week. No housekeeping done on my room. It's been 6 weeks and more

Terrible service, they have too many rules for me
Pros:

There's no complimentary breakfast just coffee.

Cons:

We came from Mississippi fir work and hopefully to start a new life here in Round Rock area. The staff manager was rude to me and my children the entire time. I'm a black married woman and 1 out of 4 of our children is autistic.

I love this place. I love the area. I love the convenience of the spot that is in the only thing that I wish they would

The area is in is convenient for me

Cons:

I did not like how to washer and dryers are never working. I’ve been there since July 1 and haven’t been able to wash clothes completely not even one load and not have and haven’t been able to dry fully dry one load of clothes.

Other than the laundry problem all is great and it peaceful
Pros:

The cleanliness, the location and convenience to my job

Cons:

Washer number 3 didn’t wash my clothes properly because the weren’t clean laundry detergent didn’t dissolve completely. The dryer number 7,9 and one other wouldn’t turn on.

I had to find another hotel to stay in and leave this one
Pros:

Not many things to like

Cons:

I found bugs and the floors and sheets were dirty. The sheets had a black mark like a foot print.
