Had a lovely time
Pros:

My stay was great didn't have any issues to report staff that I met had a great customer service and I was treated very well would stay again ⁰

It could have been better got there to hear other people’s having issues getting their money refunde

Internet was stagnant no curtains on the windows asked for roll in shower didn’t get it . Hundred dollar deposit wasn’t mentioned in ad

I’ll stick to booking through hotels directly and never with Woodsprings again

This place was awful.

Cons:

At the front, I could barely hear the guy talking. He took about 10 minutes to come to front. Everything smelled like smoke. They charged a deposit 3 times said it would be returned and haven’t.

The gym was good.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I was not told about the $100 deposit for the reservation, wasn't expecting that extra cost. It was actually $200 because I made 2 different reservations and the $200 will not get into my account after at least 8 days. Very frustrating..

Pros:

I was not what I specting since the pictures on Google when I was looking for a hotel , the pictures looks beautiful but in real life wow total difrent
There were little pieces of trash in the hall and the elevator and the smell of the places in no good

Cons:

Nothing at all never come back here again and never going to recommend it

Smelled clean.

Cons:

Arrived to check in. Staffing unable to get into check in system. Many ppl waiting in lobby. Took over 45min just to get to reception. Upon ready to pay and check in, there was a hidden 100 dollar deposit. Due to that ended up not being able to saty, getting in an argument with partner over how long it took, and no refunds.

Pros:

For a property that is considered pet friendly, there was no place to walk the dogs.

Cons:

The smell in the hallways and elevators was bad. The cabinet doors were falling off the cabinets.

The front desk clerk was so HIGH OUT OF HIS MIND that he could barely open his eyes, he barely managed too check me in, the lobby reeked of weed from a pen perhaps with no shame, I hope the boss knows about this

Horrible costly, inhospitable and non professional
Pros:

Staff was rude overcharged me several times. Kept my security deposit, didn't honor 3rd party reservations therefore they charged me unknowingly. MAC IS PHONEY HE PRETENDS TO BE NICE HOWEVER HE IS MISERABLE.

Cons:

The staff except the lady with the dreads she was phenomenal. So was the younger gentleman at night.

Terrible service, they have too many rules for me
Pros:

There's no complimentary breakfast just coffee.

Cons:

We came from Mississippi fir work and hopefully to start a new life here in Round Rock area. The staff manager was rude to me and my children the entire time. I'm a black married woman and 1 out of 4 of our children is autistic.
