Bugs, shower head sprays water all over bathroom and they tried fixing with tape. Horrible area with people wandering all over all hours of day and night.
Booked 7days. Only stayed 2 nights. Vehicle was broken into.
I did not stay in the room because it had bugs.
I got catfished hard from the professional photos online from this one. I counted 7 actual roaches crawling during my stay. Terrible hotel
When we got to the room, the tv remote was just an empty box that had chew marks on it. Took it to the front desk, which i had to call a number for someone to come back. Got a different remote. Went back to room. Saw a cockroach on the floor. The bathtub was filthy. Saturday night about 8:30 pm we turned on the lights and saw multiple cockroaches (see pics). The frontdesk is closed after 10pm. Really? ? The tv antenna was on the floor. Just overall filthy and bed was uncomfortable as well.

Do not stay there at all it's definitely not worth any of your hard on cash or debit/credit cards. Restroom door had a hole. The room temperature was like you were in a sauna day and night. The front staff said they don't have a bell hop for years now on day one of check in. The only person decent inside was the one that collected trash and or did inform maintenance issues back to management. The elevator was not operable from the 4th floor back down to first floor. The elevator was operating from the first floor to the 4th floor. There were times the elevator was not operational correctly. I even got stuck in there with no cell phone. Luckily, the phone button inside I pressed the elevator it opened. But, for a min there of course I did panic because there would not be oxygen for myself afterwards. As well as check out this Manager for seven years did tell myself verbally he would call other Wood spring Suites to let them know about myself. This Manager did like to tell me I was being aggressive when I definitely was not once at all. Imagine if I did have audio on myself this Management would be apologizing so quickly. So, most definitely someone needs to audit this place entirely from the front desk staff as well as the interior and exterior of this property entirely. Apparently, with all past and present reviews someone needs to understand some lingo that maybe someone is telling it truthfully. If anyone was aggressive was the Management himself.
This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The shower floor was disgusting ,the paint was coming off and there was a dead roach in there . Then when the lights were off that’s when all the roaches came out . They were climbing on my luggage and everything. Worst part is i checked out early because of these issues and the hotel didn’t want to refund .
Property looks if it was an Extended stay type of motel, Lobby or checking area has room only for one or two. You must have a key to enter after you check in. Several sign around stating that the property is not responsible for your car, which is understandable. The whole property gives you the sense that you are not safe there. Oh, Bring HotShot or Raid. In short you get what you pay for, never again.
They do shower paint maintenance with spray paint. They dont care the room is occupied and the smell continues all night

The room was covered with roaches which would climb into wardrobe and on u while in bed. Toilet did not work the ENTIRE MONTH STAYED AND MANAGER IS DICRIMINATING AND HAS A NEED TO NOT LISTEN TO COMPLAINTS AND EILL VIOLATE YOUR RIGHTS AND HIPPA LAW JUST TO ACCOMODATE WHAT MAINTENANCE THAT HAS BEEN IGNORED YOUR ENTIRE STAY. HE WORKS WHEN HE WANTS TO, NEVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FIRST. WILL TELL U TO LEAVE IF YOU SPEAK UP about issues and let him know his work ethics are terrible. Then will not refund whatever u paid in advance for. Not to mention HE REFUSES TO GIVE UPU HIS BOSS INFO YO FILE COMPLAINT.
Place had roaches. Noisy people. I should have not paid as much as I did and have to deal with all of this. Maintenance has to come check out room something about contractors didn’t fix the floor right. It’s was all uneven and everything. If the room wasn’t right and you knew someone was coming to look at it why would you put someone in that room. The manager was very rude and was talking to us like we were his homeboys instead of customers. He told us to wait to check
In because we were early then he disappeared and we didn’t get checked in til after 3 when someone else got there on their shift to check us in.
I’ll give a two for friendly housekeepers and having a very old heavy commode seat. Two days in and my comment was my bedspread was buggy. I was told to take pictures. I did.

The Girl at the front desk gave is room 311. When bringing out belonging to the room, I noticed that the striker on the foot was bent and probably was not working. So I slammed the door to check if it locked and she edited the room across 311. I told her that it wouldn’t lock. Her response was ,” it’ll lock from the inside.” What the hell does that mean. You might want to check for theft from her and acquaintances. Just saying.
