AC could've been better

Went through 2 room changes due to 1) a bug crawled across and under the mattress and I couldn’t find it, 2) the AC was struggling in room two, 3) final room was really smoky even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. By the morning all my possessions smelled like I’ve been smoking for 12 hours straight and I am a “never smoker”, haven’t even ever tried it. The staff in the evening when I checked in, seemed annoyed by me having problems and he said he had other people to take care of. The staff in the morning did not even ask about my stay.

Privacy

The whole experience was terrible. Waited about 20 minutes for front desk to come help check us in. Walked inside the first set of doors it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke went in the elevator it had a musty smell was very dirty even had spiderweb. The wouldn’t work finally worked. Used the restroom toilet didn’t flush properly. The room was dirty had a couple of dead roaches took off my shoes the floor was sticky dirty. Went back down to let them know, he was helping someone check in was told to wait a minute while he helped the other person, I said no I need to be helped rt now I have a place I have to go to, he attended me gave me another room Same senario. Except the door opened better and the toilet worked . We won’t stay there again

It was a last minute stay but I did not have enough towels and there is no one at the front office to help after a certain hour and tub do not look at clean at all. They could do a little better at cleaning the place. Another thing was that it smelled a strong odor of cigarette smoke and weed.

Quan at the front desk did an amazing job with helping me get checked in. He advised me on how to get the best price for my stay and has an outstanding personality. He’s very professional and made things as easy as possible. Room was clean the communication is stellar. I recommend this property it’s awesome. Gratitude to the staff for a wonderful transition.

everything was fine except there were roaches and dead bugs in the bathroom

I think I over paid for the current condition and the quality of the room was not there!

The semi-infestation of roaches/bugs in the rooms that obviously hadn’t been treated.

Water in the sink didn’t drain. Water in the shower never got hot. I have stayed here in the past and had a much better experience back then. The upkeep seems to be diminishing. A saw two roaches during my stay.

Lots of roaches. And I was only there for 12 hours.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was very clean and the room amenities were great.

Unsatisfied

Bugs in the room, huge stains on bed, blood on bedsheets, rust on refrigerator, dirty.

Left, did not stay for the two booked nights.

Its was descent for the price. The beds are not comfortable at all. Pillows were flat as pancakes. Saw a few roaches. The area was quiet and not alot of commotion. For the price not bad, just dont expect a lot with the room.

Quan was amazing and very friendly and helpful!

Upon entering our room, we were greeted with roaches on the couch, roaches on the wall, and a pillow with brown streaks ALL over it. We immediately left (wouldnt even set our bags down) and booked another hotel nearby. The kicker...when letting the hotel and expedia know, our refund has been denied! Even with photos! So not only is it absolutely disgusting, they dont care!! Do not book here!

We had a good night rest and stay overall. The room is clean and decent. The front desk person Laquan is nice and helpful. Thanks.
