Nothing I couldn’t even get my room unprofessionally ran, over booked, myself and 5 other people were waiting for two hours or more for someone to come tot he desk after an visual fight between the two so I left.

This place is trash.

Cons:

There was holes in the doors possibly blood on the floor and walls. Trash under the bed. It is an extended stay no kitchen supplies. The police showed up a few hours after we arrived and the shut the main entrance now.

i like the location and the staff. i also liked the mini kitchen.

Cons:

the smell in the stairwell was weird. my sheets in the bed were also dirty.

Easy location to find, nice and quiet.

Cons:

After hours front office was locked had to go to my car and had to go all the way around to the front
No ice machine that I saw. No complimentary breakfast
That I know off. The bathtub felt like it was going to collapse from the 4th floor. People smoking by the doors.

Excellent customer service!!
Pros:

Front desk attendant, Shanese, is very diligent and extremely knowledgeable at her job! She is wonderfully pleasant and willing to assist with every aspect of a traveler’s journey!!! Shanese connected with everyone who stepped into the front door. This hotel establishment needs to give her a substantial raise to keep her. It would be at a great loss if she were to leave!!
