I booked on booking and when I got there hotel staff was not only completely out of uniform but also very rude and over charged me. When I brought it to their attention they were very dismissive, kicked me out within seconds of charging my card and still have yet to give me. This happened on Monday and today is Saturday. The worst service I ever experienced and now I see why their ratings are so low.
Margret was the best very on point very professional and courteous. Shethe smile and reason I stay there great personality very attentive to guest.
Prices were great rooms were clean. Good atmosphere and the staff was awesome. Shout out to Margret for being great. Was over charged for a week and she handled it like a champ. She was a big help in figuring out what happened. Door locks were being an issue and she handled that too. Thanks Margret for all the help.
Nice & clean has small kitchen full refrigerator thanks to Margret at the front desk was a huge help I 100 % recommend this place !
I was needing a place to stay for an extended period. I was having a house built and needed somewhere fast, but most places I called were way over priced. I was about to just give up when I ran across WoodSpring Suites. The weekly rates were reasonable, and offered lower rates for extended stays. The location was in the nicest part of town, with great food places and fun things to do near by. When I arrived, the grounds were clean, it was quite, and the staff was friendly and welcomed me right in. Two of the WoodSpring employees, Chyann and Margaret were very helpful. There was a miscommunication regarding my rate, but Chyann immediately noticed the mistake and corrected it, insuring that I was not thrown out on the streets. She was more concerned about my well being than just trying to take my money. That kind of customer service is hard to find around here!! Hands down best customer service overall, From manager to cleaning crew! All smiles, eager to help, and aiming to please. Thank y'all!

staff just did not care about customer service. could not find my reservation from booking.com so charged my card and when showed them confirmation from booking.com they did not return my payment. PAID TWICE FOR THE SAME NIGHT
Had to call the office emergency number on two different occasions. I got locked out my room , my key wouldn’t allow re entry. Office brought new cards.

Wenn man bucht für 4 Wochen und man muß nach 10 Tagen abreisen wegen eines Todesfalles in der Familie und man bekommt keinen Dollar erstattet obwohl man bereits vorher alles bezahlt hat dann ist das fragwürdig. Ich kann das ja noch nachvollziehen wenn man einen bestimmten Betrag einbehält aber alles und dann noch mit einem Lächeln mitgeteilt bekommt das es nichts zurück gibt . Außerdem, gereinigt wurde nicht einmal in den 10 Tagen.
We were visiting family in Odessa and were looking for an extended stay type of hotel. Sandy, the lady at the front desk, was very helpful in directing us to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We really appreciated all of the friendly employees at this hotel.
