The room has dirty and smelled like cigarettes
I was never able to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I called multiple times with no answer. I had to sleep in my truck. When I tried to cancel I was unable to… horrible experience.

Front desk has been exceptionally helpful to check in and made sure we were informed on anything and everything we needed to know about our stay. Just Amazing..I’m always working so my wife met up with me there and she felt very comfortable while around the staff
The breakfast was great and I loved that this hotel was pet friendly!!!!
Kids were hovering over the breakfast bar and asking customers for food but this had nothing to do with the staff or hotel
No hot water was suppose to re imburse me and never did said I need to go threw booking an tried that and no one can get ahold of them
They said they would re imburse me money cause the hot water went out never got anything back
