Pros:

Sempre me hospedo no Trevi e é impossível não retornar a esse hotel. Trata-se de um hotel antigo mas de uma limpeza impecável, quartos grandes e amplos. Para família é o ideal sem contar a localização. A nota 1.000 fica para o atendimento, os funcionários são prestativos, educados e simpáticos. Todos, sem exceção. Difícil ver um time assim !!!

Cons:

Estava bem frio na minha ultima estadia e pela manhã era difícil conseguir uma água quentinha para banho.

Pros:

Nossa experiência foi muito positiva, equipe simpática e prestativa, fomos muito bem atendidos por todos, o serviço do estacionamento é pago, mas eles sempre buscam e guardam o carro, achei ótimo. O café é simples, mas atende super bem, os itens sempre eram repostos. Quarto com ar e água quente, espaçoso. Localização ótima. Limpeza do quarto também estava ótima.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo, o que aconteceu foi barulho da obra ao lado do hotel, mas isso é algo que não temos controle. Sugestão é apenas sobre o box do banheiro que fecha sozinho com força, requer bastante atenção para usar.

Cons:

Tudo ok, mas um Sr. da recepção não deveria trabalhar com atendimento ao público ,foi rude quanto a não deixamos o carro no estacionamento pago , não se mostrou prestativo, os outros funcionários excelentes
