Close to the cruise terminal. Close to public transport to the city. Place needs a good update. Rooms are old and really need updating. Front desk was excellent and very helpful. You get what you pay for.

Found it central for what we needed

It’s located on a very busy road so very noisy. Has limited car parking. The rooms are very basic but clean. Very basic accommodation for overnight stay and situated next to a pub so there are people coming and going at all hours. No good for light sleepers. But it did have an elevator.

Move somewhere else when advised nothing available after much discussion given clean sheets and towels to makeup ourselves

The bed spread was filthy and stained

We had a small group & were given room 3.
Very old, that I could live with, but very dirty. Shower had not been cleaned someone’s electric toothbrush was left in shower & other items.
On day 2 I called them up as room was not cleaned & they said they didn’t do them.
I looked on website & it said they do & told manager & he said, “ oh only if you asked” he did bring us fresh towels.
Each floor stunk, off food piled up from room 2.
Website site said WIFI…. nope.
Our friends arrived late on Friday night, their room was filthy & had not been cleaned by previous guests it was absolutely disgusting.
Wet towels on floor bed used & when they called they said can’t get cleaners get some other motel. They informed manager they couldn’t so he ( manager ) came to the room ( drunk as with lady friend as they informed us they were at the pub ) with sheets towels etc & we had to strip beds & make them.
Never before have I stayed in such a disgusting motel before, ever. Better off at backpackers.
I/We will never ever stay there again.
He also said he would reimburse the money, but did not when we left.
Once this place have your money zero care, zero service zero cleanliness.

Cafe and restaurants within walking distance.

Family stay, clean basic spacious room,, good location with easy parking and plenty of dining options nearby.

The easy access to the ferry.

Clean enough for an aged place . Close to Bus & Ferry . The room (F2 R2) is a bit patched -up , shower drips 24/7 , nice smell when you walk in , I would stay again but only for the location (re the parking , the underbuilding carpark has a very low entry point and only low to the ground can get in )

Very basic room but clean & great for a short or overnight stay.

Family room ideal, great view and deck for relaxing.

The lights in the room did not work.

This is the rudest staff ive ever met, arrived to find booking changed, initial gut feeling was right, filthy, dirty, we ended up leaving after 5 minutes and finding alternative

Honestly this place hasnt been touched since 60’s

And then they wont even refund after agreeing to it

The lift did not work in the evening

River walks and ferry. Convenient location. Dining options within walking distance. Secure parking
