There was water on the carpet probably dripping from the ac unit. It was a large wet area. The pool was closed but not announced online when booking.Mattresses are too hard. Breakfast was good.

I never stayed and was not given a refund.

Cons:

No reply from hotel. We ended up staying at another hotel in Williams a few days later as our plans change and we needed to leave our home later in the week.

Worth the price and happy with our experience
Pros:

Clean, large eating area, breakfast was awesome, well stocked, and a variety of items. Staff was friendly and helpful with extra items needed. Overall good hotel for the price and plenty of places within walking distance.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

This hotel staff were terrible. My sister fell during the stay getting in the elevator. I screamed for help as two employees just stared never even asked if she was ok. I thought holiday inn cared about their patrons. I would never stay at another holidayinn ever.

Bardzo dobra sieć hoteli. Pokoje czyste, ciche i komfortowe. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Zatrzymaliśmy się na jedną noc w trakcie podróży w tym rejonie. Cena minimalnie wyższa od innych obiektów konkurencyjnych ale dostaje się w zamian naprawdę porządną jakość. Polecam !

La vicinanza al centro cittadino in zona tranquilla

Cons:

Gli ambienti erano sporchi (pavimenti appiccicosi) e maleodoranti. Il divano letto aveva un materasso molto basso e quindi molto scomodo (si percepivano le molle) e presentava degli strappi. Il poggiatesta del letto era strappato. A parità di prezzo abbiamo trovato strutture più accoglienti e pulite.
