food option is satisfactory, basic bath toiletries were provided, i like that they provide water heater for coffee or tea, the shower water pressure is low, barely water coming out. staff is friendly, breakfast dining staff is great.

Well first of all you get what you pay for. It s a simple hotel, rooms are rather big, all works fine, warm shower. Air con works. Philippine wifi. Its a kind of smell in the hotel that was a little annoying. Simple breakfast, cold. Friendly staff as allways in Philippines. Additional a small pool outside

Food was inedible except for breakfast and many items not available on menu. Staff where good. Just eat at other restaurants

空港送迎付きの返金不可のプランで予約しましたが、実際には空港の場所が変わったため無料送迎は現在行っていないとのこと。
問い合わせの連絡をエクスペディアを通じて連絡しましたが返信がなく、web上で調べたgmailに連絡してやっと返信がありました。空港送迎希望の場合は₱800必要です。
チェックインの時間より早く着きましたがすぐに部屋に案内してもらうことができ、バイクのレンタルもホテルで行えた点はとてもよかったです。
一点残念な点としては忘れ物をしてしまったため問い合わせたところ「ある」との返答はありましたが、その後郵送してほしい旨を数回連絡していますが未だに一度も返信がありません。
とても大切にしているものなのでもしこの口コミを見られたら早急に対応していただきたいです。
実際に対応してくださったスタッフの方たちもとてもフレンドリーだったのでその点が解消されればコスパのいい満足できるホテルだと思います。

Hotel staff woke my brother at the middle of the noght to remove their transportation service from the parking space because someone who has expensive car wants to parl that spot even it was my brpther arrived early.

Pas d eau chaude pour la douche. Propreté qui manque de rigueur. En regardant dans les coins, ils n ont pas vu le balai depuis un bout de temps

We have stayed there 3 different times. The first time we were in room 211 and it was very clean and the person checking us in was very friendly and helpful.
The next time we stayed in room 208 and it was very clean and comfortable as well.
The 3rd time we stayed there the clerk checked us into room 209 and charged us more money, saying it was a superior room. The room was dirty and black mold on the walls, especially in the bathroom. The other rooms had been updated, but room 209 had not been updated and was in need of repairs. The floors were dirty and wood broken and the toilet seat was missing. We won't stay there again. The manager could not explain to our satisfaction why they were calling this a "superior room"

Super accueil, hôtel et chambre propre, et même avec un anniversaire et du karaoke nous avons dormis sans rien entendre.
Le lendemain matin on nous a emmené gratuitement au port. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.

Did not get the family room. Given deluxe room 204 not happy, room too small, they added cot to make 2 bed. The superior room better room 209 which I chose. The staff are very nice, good service.

Clean modern hotel close to the airport, we were met at the airport and transferred to the hotel in minutes. Friendly helpful staff.

3객실을 예약했는데 한군데는 잡지도못 거미가나와서 방 바꾸고 또한방은 화장실 물이안내려가서 바꿈 또한방운 문이 뻑뻑해서 사람을 몇번을 불렀는지..게다가 엘레베이터도 없어서 힘들었음..주변에 먹을것도없고 외진곳에 위치해있으며 최악의조건임

Food was excellent and at a fair price. Breakfast was included in our price and you had a choice from two items, as well as four egg choices, rice or toast, fruits, coffee/tea/juice/hot choco. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air-Con worked very well. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and were missing a portion of the bathroom window so the street noise was a little more noticeable. Good central location and a small clean pool. Good value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was not good place to stay. Staff was not great.
