when we arrive at the arrive it was dawn around 4am… the area was so dark and the place does not look good esp for us both women.

They did NOT give us a room at all. They said it was your site’s fault for overbooking. They did NOT refund me a single cent because they said I should complain to your site because the did NOT receive from you a confirmation of my booking
The staff were incompetent
The staff was very nice, very very helpful.
The room was a tad bit deplorable. The shower door was delapidated, there were some parts at the biottom of the wooden wall that looks like it was rotting. There were a LOT of flying insects😭😭😭 and the shower was not working. Room also smelled musty.
