Great staff. Food was varied and well done. Good location.

Visitato ad Agosto 2019 prenotando 2 camere doppie ad un prezzo assurdo (circa € 28,00 per entrambe).
Appena arrivati l' hotel si presenta in ottimo stato, con una piccola reception. Cocktail di benvenuto. Posizione centrale al paesino con molti locali vicini sulla spiaggia. Le camere sono ampie, ben arredate, abbastanza pulite confortevoli. Il Wifi non è un grand che ma è accettabile. Noi avevamo una camera vista frontale (indicazione mare) ma è abbastanza rumorosa perché c'è sotto la strada con un bel via vai anche notturno, l' altra era sul retro vista collina, non molto bello il panorama ma il relax è assicurato. Presente aria condizionata (a noi non era compresa ma non faceva caldissimo) + pale a soffitto.
Il personale è super gentile e premuroso, vi fanno sentire a casa.
La colazione è servita in una bellissima terrazza, la scelta è buona e servono anche pietanze fatte al momento.
Consigliatissimo.

Зручне розташування
Краще брати номер з виходом в сад, а не на дорогу (наприклад 104)
Загалом - варто звернути увагу на цей отель. Рекомендуємо!

good stay!

Flott hotel med hyggelig personell og i en god lokasjon i nærheten av stranden. Rommene var renslige, og vi hadde god plass. Frokosten var helt ok, langt fra spektakulær. Anbefaler dette hotellet videre.

The hotel staff are great, there are a couple of reasons for marking this hotel down.
If you ask the staff for something and they haven’t got it they will not try and get it for you they just leave it. Ie:- asked for 2 beach towels they only had one and had no answers as to getting another.
Also the breakfast, yes it is ok, eggs, bacon etc every day plus fresh fruit which is lovely but they need to change it up a little and add some cheese, ham etc.
Other than that the lift wasn’t working and had to go 3 flights of stairs every time we went to our room, but the staff will try and help and the hotel is situated near the beach and lots of restaurants so the location is good.
I have given it a 3 but if I could have have would have been more a 3 1/2.

Great experience! Hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with everything that we asked! They even gave us free late checkout!

50 foot walk to the beach - large, clean, comfortable room with AC and balcony. Solid buffet breakfast and kind staff

部屋は綺麗でベランダもあって、のんびり過ごす事ができました。
ビーチから歩いて5分くらいなので、静かでしたし、周りにはレストランもあって場所も良かったです。

Close to beach. Hotel staff very accommodating. Easy check in. Room service was good. Had Superior room, with air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini fridge, very large washroom/bathroom, HBO. Balcony and nice view of back of hotel with trees and wild monkeys, exotic birds in them. Breakfast deal is great. Omelets, and a nice fruit salad. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Arrived from Colombo by highway bus for $3 USD(no complaints), then tuk-tuk to hotel. Easy find. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, central location in Unawatuna, very close to beach and most restaurants.
The breakfast was nice and comprehensive, but sometimes part of dishes were already eaten when we came.

Service is nice and very friendly in this hotel.

We stayed 1 night longer. The Prior Room was besutiful and we were very happy to be there. The Hotel Management was very nice and offered is a good Price and told us a lot about Unawatuna. We only Clan say thank you.

We had a wonderful offer and a great room with a friendly staf.
Everybody was speaking English very well!

ホテルの室内は清掃が行き届き綺麗でシャワールームも広く使いやすい。
バルコニーからはリスやサルが見れるので楽しいです。
また、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。
朝食ビッフェも種類があり美味しく食べれます。

Loved the whole visit. The checkin was simple and the front desk staff could not have been nicer during our stay. Anything we asked them to do, they did with a smile. The rooms were lovely. Very clean and comfy and the beds were great. The cleaning each day was very well done. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate (I'm not a big breakfast person, but there were made to order eggs and whatnot so it was fine). It's a very clean, very modern hotel.

Very clean hotel. Great location in the middle of everything - shops, restaurants & beach is near. Wifi works very well even from the room. Staff is great. There's even reasonable priced own hotel tuk-tuk. Worth every penny!
