It’s ok

I was initially going to give this hotel a pretty favorable rating based on its value and proximity to the subway and Times Square. But upon returning home and checking my credit card, I became aware that they charged $32 a day per room…..for “amenities”. This was never disclosed to me…..in fact when we checked in I was told a credit card was needed solely for incidentals. Add on top of this that our SECOND room was still not available for check in after 8pm…..so the other half of my family had to stay on the 18th floor instead of the 6th with us. Stay away from Even if you’re looking at the price….add back in that $32 a day per room to find the REAL COST. By the way….the only “amenity” they have for u to enjoy is a ping pong table.

Really enjoyed my stay here!
The room was clean and fresh and spacious for NYC standards. What really made the stay memorable were the great staff- they were all super kind and helpful! Special shoutout to Chris who helped me move to a different room since there was a lot of hallway noise/ noise from other rooms in my first room. He really went above and beyond for me and made sure I was comfortable!

While the amenities were great, the lobby/ communal area didn’t have much of a vibe. As well, the location was super convenient, but the area immediately outside of the hotel wasn’t the nicest- but probably pretty standard for NYC (just lots of construction, etc).

I had a great stay! Special thanks to Chris who was so helpful and friendly! The hotel was so close to everything including transit, great location.

Check-in at the hotel reception was easy, and I was particularly pleased to be given immediate access to my room; this made it convenient to drop off my bags and make the most of my time exploring New York safely and reliably. The rooms are beautiful, well-equipped, and in excellent condition. The restaurant staff are very friendly, providing attentive and prompt service. The gym is in good shape, the elevator works perfectly, and there was no street noise in the room. The hotel is very centrally located, right near the subway, offering a quick ride to Times Square.

Room didnt had a Almirah or basic amenities as other IHG hotel do posseses. No complimentary water was provided. I stayed for 3 days only 1 time minibar coffee items were refilled. Coffee machine was also not function properly. Washroom doesnot possesses complimentary toilateries. No room sleepers were made available. Iron and Iron stand were mid range working condition. Gym is more of cardio facility.

I would like to commend all the staff of Even hotel at this location for assisting our family on their smooth and very accomodating stay last april. The facility was so clean and well maintained and all the staff was very courteous. Will definitely recommend this to our friends too if they will be visiting Times square area. 👍👍👍

We stayed two nights, visiting for the World Cup, great location for Penn Station and MSG. The staff were very helpful and professional, thank you for an enjoyable stay !!

It was an amazing stay
The staff was good. Rooms were good size for 2 ppl with four suitcases. The staff was so amazing, helpful and prompt, they made our stay good. The breakfast options were healthy and good. The location is also great with the metro just at 2min walk. All other attractions are also nearby.

Decent place close to Penn station and time square. Nice modern room with views of the city and fairly quiet. Comfortable bed and bright room.

Loved the in room exercise equipment, room was spacious for 2 people to move around. Bed was firm and comfy. But the best part? It was sooooo quiet at night! No street noise!

This was our first visit to NYC. Without having prior knowledge the Even Hotel exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit!

Amazing location, complimentary laundry for gym gear is a godsend. Great healthy breakfast. Loved the supplied foam roller and yoga mats for stretching in the room.

This is a great hotel, small, but the rooms are clean and modern, and decent size for midtown! The yoga equipment was nice and the water bottle really helped. Very comfortable! But the best was the friendly, pleasant staff, their smiles and help with anything from directions to luggage storage was really really appreciated. Thank you Sheila, Vaida, and Jazmine!

This hotel was an absolute gem! Fabulous location, excellent rooms, friendly staff, and the convenience of a parking garage across the street. There was even a yoga mat in our room.
